The London Wing Chun School is under the guidance of the founder of the School Sifu Abdul Malik (Garry McKenzie). Sifu has direct lineage from Grand Master Ip Ching. Sifu Abdul Malik was kind in inviting the United Kingdom wing Chun Kung Fu Association's Sifu James Sinclair to present a seminar on Sparring. This was thrilling experience for partcipants as Sifu James is known to bring life to Wing Chun with his footwork and amazing had techniques. The seminar was well attended.

I enjoyed a very informative Lok Sau video recording sessions with my teacher and mentor of 30 years Grand Master James Sinclair, founder of United Kingdom Wing Chun Kung Fu Association. ( www.ukwingchun.com ) Grandmaster Sinclair has a uniquely practical approach to Lok Sau rolling exercise, translating it to a real life self defence situations effortlessly. Enrolment now open for Midlands Wing Chun's 4 week absolute beginners course starting on 3rd Nov and ending 27th Nov 2014. The course introduces the fundamentals of this scientific approach to self-defence and runs for 8 'active' sessions, on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:15pm.
