Military Fitness Circuits is Based throughout Warwickshire Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Fun classes for all abilities with huge timetable and training from as little as 16p a class.

we offer a huge variety of training with ethically outstanding PTs no gimmicks just what works, exercises that are tailored to your needs.

as well as all of the usual classes we also run the Only outdoor specific mud run training and obstacle course training in the Rugby area.

Huge family atmosphere business with clients having a huge input into the training they would like to receive and how the business is run.

Every now and again you get to meet someone very special indeed, for those of you who train with her you can't help but smile and think oh dear whats coming next when she opens her mouth to speak. Stella, has travelled the world for the last few years and now she is back training with us and equally awesome amazing people around her.

Why l love 'Hub Rugby Military Fitness'?... I have tried all forms of fitness exercises there is all over the world. At the ripe age of 50ish😊 and constantly at war with my weight but since rejoining with Hub Rugby Military fitness on 12th June, and a month later lve noticed the changes in my body shape. The sessions works your whole body from Core, Strengths, Tonning and Stamina...lm sure lve missed a few names... therefore your body got NO chance but to reshape and lose inches without you even notice!! I do 1hr (one hour) each day morning or evening session depending on my time table. It gets me out of my busy head, give the opportunity to re-organise my thoughts and to workout with like minded gorgeous, people who are trying to achieve the same goal....to get fit in a fun friendly environment. What's more that l like about Military Fitness apart from having 'fun', you are made very welcome and you work at your own pace NO matter your age or stage level of fitness, knowing that you have a captain at the helm to encourage and push you because he or she knows what you can or cannot do. Their job is to correct you and ensure that you keep "Good Form" whilst excuting your workout so you don't harm yourself, moreover, if you don't know or understand the workout then you must always ask....as English is NOT my first lanuage lm constantly asking😃 Also you must always listen to your body and to speak to your Coach as they will always give an alternative workout to suit you...until you get better! I love the team spirit....working in pairs or group...its great fun and doesn't feel like you're working out because you're amongst friends....it bring sense if community atmosphere and of course value for money right on your door steps.

The outdoor season has started. Superb 9am boot camp Alwyn rd Rugby today in support of Rugby Welsh RFC. If you play sports or just wish to get fitter this class will be a superb pre season/ongoing fitness booster for you.

OB_ _ _ TY. !! Not hard to guess what that is saying. The new campaign against weight loss and the very real threat of the most vile C word becoming reality. New stats suggest it could overtake smoking.
Scare campaign of reality to shock the nation in to action.
Lots of people will think 🤔 💭, not me I might be overweight, however it’s OK I’m not obese. Hmmmmm
... We don’t believe that people are happy being overweight, everyone would love to lose body fat or tone tho or that, fact is most people look in the mirror nearly every day and say ... I wish.
What we are goi g to ask could mean stepping out of your comfort zone and givin something honestly.
Your answer may help someone who is not yet ready to share, however you may completely relate.
Q. What is stopping you from making those changes you need to, in aid to achieve your goals??

Here are a few moments that represents exactly what we do, from climbing Snowdon to allowing the little ones to join in, and of course press ups in a freezing cold river, immmmmm why not.

I've been a member of military fitness for the last 3 years. I love all the classes, the variety from circuits to boxing, hiit, weight training and kettle bells. No class is ever the same and that's what I love about it. Sessions may be just focussing on technique which as a physiotherapist is really important to me . I've never felt fitter, stronger or leaner. With great advice and support on nutrition. I think I've finally got my head around it!!! . But it's not just about the classes, it's the atmosphere, the friendliness, the regulars supporting and helping the new ones, the chatting and laughing. But of course always taking training seriously !!! You don't have to be super fit to join, even if you've never exercised it can be suited and adapted to help you get started. Like gyms there's no judgment on size or shape. I go because of who I train with, the atmosphere, the teaching skills and the results I've achieved. It's great for all aspects of fitness, weight loss, training for marathons,Wolfe runs, tough mudder etc.. general fitness and mindfulness . I'm continuing to work on goals and with the support of military fitness I know I'll get there.

Great class, have never worked so hard! The time went so quickly and the exercises really challenged me. Great motivation and support from the instructor! Had great all-over DOMS the day after!!! Will be back!

Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain a bit of fitness or really push yourself to your limits the guys at MFC will help you do so with ease- you just have to put the effort in yourself! Couldn't recommend them enough. It's a great atmosphere at the classes too!

Completed the mini mud run today and it was brilliant. After completing the same event in April, we were worried it would be the same course and the same weather ( it was freezing in April ) but we needn't have worried. There was a new field, new course, lots more obstacles and a great slide. Even the rain didn't hamper anything and only added to the mud. My 4 yr old and 5 year old loved it and can't wait to do it again next year.

My 2 year old was disappointed there wasn't an area for her to have a go on as this was great in April, but we enjoyed it nonetheless!!

Can't wait to see the pictures.

Can't begin to thank Gav enough for his time & effort in helping me prepare for my RAF medical & physical. When I first started PT with Gav, I could hardly manage 30 minutes without having to sit out & quietly die in a corner but with his persistence in making me believe in myself, I can now do 2,3 or 4 classes in a day. Today I passed my RAF physical which I can honestly say is a reflection of Gav's hard work & determination teaching me everything I needed to know. Not forgetting the other instructors who have also pushed me to be my best! A massive thank you!
