We had a lake booking over the weekend which turned out to be a good one for all involved.
Cats were caught to 47lb and carp to just shy of 20lb.
... It was nice to see some PB's smashed along the way too. It was a pleasure having you all up here.

The fishery has produced plenty of carp from small stockies to some of the A team over the past couple weeks also cats ranging from double figures to mid 30's. So as a whole the Mill has been fishing really well!
As loads of pictures have been sent in, I'll add them to this post for you to all have a browse through.

We had a lake booking over the weekend which resulted in a successful trip for the lads with fish being caught from all over the lake.
One of our bigger mirrors graced the bank at a very healthy 26lb, its had a steady weight gain and we believe this fish will really push on this year and it wouldn't surprise us if it knocking on the door of that magical 30lb mark.
... Zak Bindley landed an immaculate common at just shy of 24lb which was backed up with some small stockies for the lads also.

Just a quick one guys, we've got a lake booking this weekend so if anyone was planning on a session unfortunately it will have to be another time.
If you are planning a future visit I'd definitely suggest getting booked on well in advance to avoid disappointment.

With the days light hours noticeably getting longer and the small increase spurts of warmer temperatures, has definitely caused a postive reaction from the fish.
Alan Horton had a session to remember this week landing his PB cat of 36lb also a 25lb cat to back that one up too. Good angling mate.
... Nigel Bowcutt landed 2 carp in a short day session with the common weighing in at 18lb.
I managed to sneak the rods out for a few hours landing 3 in quick concession with a nice mirror being the pick.
