As of today out new food menu for the summer has been released featuring lots of beautiful and amazing dishes. Our new drinks menu will be launching soon with some beautiful new additions for all different types of taste buds. Went to Miller's & Carter on 30/3/18 for my birthday.its top notch with the best steaks it's my favourite restaurant by far and never fails to impress.

Went here yesterday to use our free meal for two which I won and can honestly say the food was incredible! Service was brilliant and a special thankyou to Matt our waiter. He was very on the ball, wasn’t too rushed or slow on serving meals. My husband really enjoyed the steak also, which was cooked to perfection by the chef Dave. Thankyou very much to all, we had a really lovely evening. We will be back again soon! Cortney & Stu Webber.

We don’t go out often but it was our wedding anniversary so we thought we’d go somewhere nice! M&C didn’t disappoint. Food was amazing and great service. Thanks for a lovely evening x

Visted here with my Wife and son yesterday for a night out and we loved it, we've been once before and this time it was just as very nice and the lady serving us was great .We were seated quickly, our waitress was great was so kind and and lovely to speak to. Can't fault the food it was delicious, our steaks were cooked perfectly. They even put a candle on and by the window overlook the lake which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning again soon!� a bit prices

We were seated quickly, our waitress Amanda was so kind and and lovely to speak to. Can't fault the food it was delicious, our steaks were cooked perfectly. They even put a candle on my dessert and sung happy birthday which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning again soon!�

Took my parents here for their anniversary this evening, my dad is very hard to please with restaurants, the meal was absolutely gorgeous, steak cooked to perfection, the staff were great, our waiter was lovely, will definitely be returning and recommending you to my friends

Our second visit and both have been amazing the service is spot on with jess our first waitress and matt our second visit waiter both went the extra mile to make our time amazing.

Food spot on and from entering the building to exiting the service and experience is spot on, keep it up m&c

I’m Well impressed with Miller & Carter I thought it was going to be one of them over rated steak houses after all the reviews on here but I can honestly say it’s one of the best steaks of had in years and the service was top notch I’ll deff be going back ���

Visited in 29/07/18 for our wedding anniversary, as usual the food was fantastic, however after booking online and receiving two text messages confirming our booking, the guy on the front desk couldn’t seem to find our booking no reassurance just oh er we’ll follow me , passed all the tables for two into a large table for four which I had to struggle to slide along a large bench seat to sit opposite my husband, this is not the first time we have booked online only to find front desk have no record of our booking 😡 and to cap it all our bill was wrong and we were made to feel like skin flints when we questioned it, will we go again mmmm not sure .

Very pleasant experience spoiled by the unbearable heat. Food nicely presented. Starter excellent as was the dessert. The main was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection unfortunately it was tough and tasteless.

Understand that this can happen on occasion, would be happy to visit again, hopefully will have a more tasty and tender steak.

Went for my birthday meal last night, waitress was lovely, that’s where the positives end I’m afraid... my food was wrong, When the correct food arrived the steak was nearly cold. The mixed greens consisted of long stem broccoli and a few greens thrown together, wed already ordered broccoli anyway. Then my husbands cheese and bacon burger arrived, the bacon was a piece of pure fat!! We sent that back and another arrived exactly the same!! I wouldn’t have fed it the dog, all in all not a pleasant experience and really disappointed. Wouldn’t return.

Went for a birthday meal with family. Table booked 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed, they had run out of sirloin at 6.30pm, so had rump which was very tiny. Very small portion of onion loaf which was burnt. Children had chicken lollipops which were over cooked greasy chicken nuggets. They didn’t like them.

Thought the meals were very expensive and poor value.

The only positive thing was the service by Sarah our waitress which was very good. She was very helpful and friendly

Went as a family of 8 to celebrate my birthday. Have to say we were very disappointed - food very average but service was shocking. No fault of the waitress as they were obviously understaffed but drinks order was wrong (after a very long wait) and food order was a fiasco. We won’t be rushing back.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated after being ignored twice by the reception staff.



Waiter is lovely, really polite and great with our 3 & 4 year olds. Booked for 6pm because of the kids. 50 minute wait for the food with people who were seated after us being served first. I booked the table for my birthday over 4 weeks ago so its not like we just strolled in on a busy night!



Kids were restless and were so hungry that they ate our sides that came 40 minutes before the main.



We were bought vouchers for here as a birthday gift and i feel upset for my friends as their kind gift was delivered so poorly.



We were offered a discount due to the delay but frankly i would rather have had the service that we were willing to pay for.

Must be the worst Miller and carter we have been to. My daughter asked for her steak well done, it wasn't cooked as much as mine which was medium. Must say the waitress did take it away and a fresh meal was provided, although my daughter said it was tough.

My son in law asked for his steak medium, the outside was cooked, but the middle was raw! Again the waitress took it away, but all they did was cook what was left!!

My ribeye steak wasn't the best, but passable, chips were just warm. My husbands and grandaughters steaks were ok, but just ok.

Had to send steak back, asked for it medium and it came back very rare then it came back barley cooked much more, my missus had eaten her meal by the time mine came back and I got the same chips as first time round when they should have been fresh. Very wonky table, had to put loads of tissue under the leg.

2nd time me and my wife have been, will be the last. Spent £105 and had an over cooked tasteless calamari starter. My rump steak was nice but Wife’s chef select steak was chewy. The chips are rubbish something you would get in McDonald’s but there’s are better. Brownie desert was burnt and sent it back. Toilets smell and unclean. Waitress did not have a clue about wine we choose. Dress code not followed people wearing shorts, tee-shirts and flip flops. Go to egos it’s better👍🏻👍🏻

We used to love going here, always had excellent food and service. I give credit where it’s due and Chelsea made my birthday meal here with friends last night very special! Would have definitely continued to return regularly!

Sadly following this evening customer service has been appalling!!!! � Wrongly charged, had calls from 3 different members of staff all promising to rectify the situation and call back but never do. Left multiple voicemails, all of which are now being ignored. Extremely disappointing and inexcusable!

Use mallet and carter Ll the time I. Shirley and town but if I tried this one first I wouldn’t never have gone to another o e, food was very disappointing, management no better, the only good thing their was the waitresse Nicole, shame she wasn’t in charge, she really does try her best to make it a good experience
