Went to Miller and carter Marlbrook for my birthday meal our waiter Liam was brilliant the food was absolutely lovely really hot cooked to perfection tasted beautiful and even more I got proposed to which unknown to me was all preplanned the waiter never gave anything away even though he knew what was to come and once my partner had popped the question the manager came over with complimentary prosecco to congratulate us the kitchen staff did a fantastic job in not only making lovely food but also with the pudding had sent out will you marry me writen on the plate to help my partner they accommodated us perfectly my partner got to choose the table we wanted before hand as knowing I’m a quite shy person got the perfect table in the corner so we had our own space they took every request he had and forfilled it and made it a night to remember everything was perfect and would definitely recommended and i am definitely going to go back as the food was amazing
Went for a meal here. Enjoyed the steak, fish and chips and Roulade. Loved the food and service. Simon one of the waiting staff took very good care of us. He is a jolly good fellow with a lovely smile. Will definitely go back.
Went as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday. Had amazing service from our waiter Liam. He couldn’t do enough to keep us happy. Even looking after me when I spilt my drink! Would definitely return as it was a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. Thank you Liam for looking after us.
We visited Miller & Carter Marlbrook tonight. This was our first visit to any Miller & Carter and I can honestly say it won't be our last. We were served by Simon who was really nice, professional and prompt and he made some great recommendations.

We booked a table of 8 (6adults & 2 children) last Sunday, the service and set up was fantastic, the staff were lovely, we ate from the Sunday set menu and couldn’t fault the food, steaks cooked to perfection, huge portions and we all left very happy with very full stomachs! We will certainly be returning!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Spent my wedding anniversary here last night and had a fantastic meal. Steak cooked to perfection and for our server Kat nothing was to much trouble. Big thanks to all the staff for making our anniversary so special.
Popped in lunchtime to spend a voucher (Xmas pressie) found the staff we spoke to very pleasant and helpful, the waitress with the tattoed neck even brought me a small bit of onion loaf to try before I decided to order nice experience all round...was a little expensive however quality of food and service justified it
My husband and I went to Miller & Carter Marlbrook for our wedding anniversary and was not disappointed. Jake was our waiter for the evening and i must say he was so polite and helpful with nothing being to much trouble thank you. Food and cocktails was superb and we enjoyed our experience and will be going back .
I bought my partner here for his 40th. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was to die for, cooked to perfection. Our waitress was Paula & she was awesome, helpful, patient (while we were trying to decide what to order #spoiltforchoice), smiled, laughed & joked with us the whole time we were there. So pleased I booked here. Highly recommended!!!!
First visit,to this one.Came last night,family party of 10 to celebrate our twin daughter's birthday.Great steak meals,and wonderful ,attentive service all night from the lovely Gemma.She was fab,kept us stocked up on drinks and was friendly and pleasant.Thanks for a good night.
Fabulous lunch today. Ordered from the set lunch menu, outstanding quality, compliments to the chef ( the white bait starter was amazing)and great value for money. Great waiter service thank you Jake...will definitely be returning..keep up the good work �����
Came with my fiancé for the steak night, date night three course menu on Thursday. The food was delicious, fillet steak was cooked perfectly and the staff were great! The manager saw the sun was in my eyes so came and closed the blind without me even having to ask and checked up on us throughout our time there, and our waitress Kat was super friendly and attentive, noticed as soon as our plates were empty and cleared them away. We have always used the dickens heath branch but thought we would try Bromsgrove this time and we will deffo be making a return visit ��
Been to Miller and Carter lots of times, this particular one 4 times, but never been disappointed here. This time wasn’t the best, but it was tasty and very enjoyable, nothing worth moaning about really, chips a little over done and the beer a little warmer than normal.
My other half took me last night for a meal. Nice decor and lots of staff ....although had to wait 45 mins to be seated and we were there for 6pm ish. Food was good service was good ...but for what it cost I wouldent say I came out saying ...when are we coming back .
My Wife and I treated ourselves for Mothering Sunday. Our meals, of Half Lobster and Scallops for me and Rare Ribeye Steak for her arrived promptly. My meal was good. However her Steak was sinuey , we brought this to the attention of our waitress, who was very pleasant, she asked the manager to come to our table, the manager said that the reason for the sinuey steak was because the steak was cooked rare and the fat had not melted. I explained that the steak had not been trimmed correctly. She said that she would bring the matter to the attention of the kitchen management. We ordered our dessert, however the manager did not get back to us before we left. Disappointed by the lack of concern. Our dessert of Sticky Toffee Pudding and Creme Brulle were good. Albeit that the portion of Creme Brulle was small and didn't represent good value for money. Total cost of the meal was £50 including drinks.
Wanted to book for my partners 21st birthday, can't cater for a table of 20 on a Thursday evening when calling almost 3 weeks in advance, even asked for 4 separate tables rather than one big one and still said no! Food is always so nice which is why we wanted to go there for such a special birthday but cthey can't even be bothered to try and fit a group in �
Very good steaks and ribs. The fish and chips were dry and my bbq chicken was dry - we sat by the servery so could see the food waiting for ages for someone to place lettuce leaves etc on it - why can’t the chefs do it when you are busy? Liam was very friendly. Very nice aesthetically. Portion size a bit on the small side.
The decor is lovely.
Tables far too close together.
Menu extensive but for me very little choice.
I have many dietary requirements and found it extremely difficult to select something to eat from the menu. However I did enjoy what I ordered.
Food well presented.
Some items quite expensive for a chain restaurant
Love miller and carter but very disappointed last night. Went for an anniversary celebration. Food poorly presented and filet steak under cooked and fatty. One lovely waitress, but younger staff practically threw plates on the table when serving and were very inattentive. Very loud and will not be returning to this establishment. Poor value for money.
