What a fantastic new new year party and karaoke fabulous all you can eat with a wide range of food from all over the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. My kids was welcome for the new year party to which was great and the kids really enjoyed themselfs. We all looking forward to hopefully joining you again for next year's calibrations

Visited on 26th february for my 30th celebrations food was fantastic nice and chilled evening with 10 of us. I also then revisted on 8th march for a friends 28th with 19 of us food again fantastic polite and helpful service all staff joined in for happy birthday. These are not the first visits and defo not the last :)

My family and I love Ming moon! However, there was a strange Asian man who approached my 5 year old son last night whilst he was playing on the game consoles. The man was alone with no children of his own and leaned in to talk to my son a bit too close for comfort for me. He then looked around the room to see if any parents were watching where he met the evil stares of myself and his Nan. He then walked away and left the restaurant completely unfazed. He didn’t say a word. Just wanted to make parents aware, especially the ones who aren’t sitting within the sight of the games consoles. He could of said anything to my son to get him to go around the corner and out of my sight where he could of potentially obducted him out of the restaurant. Parents beware!!

Lovely place , delicious meal, very nice services . I recommend absolutely.

As a party of 16 we had a fabulous time, with karaoke in our private room. Fab food, amazing desserts and excellent drinks service from the brave waiter who had to deal with our very loud party �. We'll be back.

My first time here on a Saturday and it was very good ,well priced excellent choices ,however crispy aromatic duck was beef instead ! ,No prawns either however there was squid so not having duck or prawns can't be a price issue ...

Was ok, the food was better when I use to come a few years back. Women making the pancakes had her work cut out as she had to control candy floss machine too. Had a bit of a que going, she could of been more friendly and better manures.

Not as good as it use to be the floors was dirty and sticky the food wasn’t replaced half the time and the staff was very arrogant, I use to love coming here but this visit was poor

Booked a table for 14 people .... only when we were there was told would have to pay in advance and fetch our drinks from the bar.... when normally it's table service. Was asked if all our party was there and I waiting on 4 ...was told to wait til they arrived despite us asking to be seated due to disabled/older members of our party. When taken to our table which was "ready" the staff member had to pull tables together to get our party sorted ... gave us 3 x tables ... Not round tables as prev had when Wing Wah. Food was dry.... some inedible ..... trays were not replenished quick ...empty plates not collected from tables until a few had stacked up.

Bar service very slow and very overpriced.

Disappointing service throughout

Well I'm currently sat in Ming moon table 41, and I'm truly disgusted by the lack of food, most of the trays are empty and when you ask for more they just say 5 minutes, but that's no good when your standing there with your masala waiting for rice & naan. Everyone is standing around waiting for something, one guy has bern waiting for naan for like 10 minutes, hes currently kicking up a stink. 3 times I have been up there for lemon chicken, no popodoms for half an hour so far.

I haven't seen any eton mess since I've been here only an empty dish.

It's diabolical for a Thursday evening.i am sat in full view of the food so I can see it's not that it's be8ng eaten either.

I Will NOT BE Coming here again I assure you.

We went last night for my bf's birthday and he ate a plate of mussels and noodles and was then unable to eat anything else as he felt sick. 20 mins later he was stuck in the toilet throwing up. I mentioned it to a waitress who said she would inform the kitchen (mussels were still left out) when he managed to drag himself out the toilet I went to pay and we were charged full price so I mentioned he'd only eaten one plate due to the mussels making him ill and they took £3 off the total bill. £3 off a £100 bill! I think that is a bit of an insult considering he usually eat 3 plates of food and pudding. Safe to say we won't be returning and we have reported the situation to environmental health.

Pre-booked a table for 12, we turn up and the place is closed.......

Ended up going to Cosmos instead 5*

Iv been many times and its been great but Yesterday I went to Ming-Moon Stafford Road with a few friends and my Godson... he went to the toilet then came back past the ps4 and obviously couldn't resist.... he came back crying moaning he because he wanted to go on it but his Mom said no... so me trying spoil my Godkids as usual says why don't you let him play on it n she says coz the one he chose had the username saved as N**GER in big capitals which he was trying to use phonics to pronounce.. this was at about 5.30pm there were only about 6 tables in i went over and complained to the manager he said oh ok i went on n on bout how offensive it was because i thought maybe he must not understand what i'm saying and took him over showed him he just said OK... i said so what are you going to do about it he said ill turn it off till after.. i said thats not good enough that doesn't eliminate the problem you need to delete it... he refused and said ill delete it when i'm ready!
