Refund Policy There has been some confusion recently regarding our refund policy and I know we are not you usual shoe store however, we follow most shoe shops on returned items.
So this is it -
... Returns with receipts. We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned with its receipt within 28 days or for sale items purchased in a sale, within 15 days. A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.
Returns without receipts. If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price.
We hope this is clear. Basically we are here to help and really appreciate every customer we have and want to keep you happy and coming back for more. The suppliers send us stock every week and we are so lucky to have such lovely customers who keep buying it. Thanks again for your continued support.

Hi everyone, ok so the sale has ended but please don`t get upset. We are putting lots of new autumn shoes into the store tomorrow along with more lovely ankle and knee boots. Wat we couldn`t fit into the shop over the weekend has gone it today to keep it full.
We also have over 1000 ladies M&S coming tomorrow so they will go into store Wednesday along with lots of leather men`s M&S. Also, our new supplier has dropped off lots of autumn shoes which you can see tomorrow and eve...ry day this week. Shop still stuffed.

Morning lovely customers. Guess what? Lets sell the sandals and shoes. Starting today ALL ladies shoes and sandals only £5.00 a pair!! Yes you heard right only a fiver a pair!!
Also, we are now putting in the first batch of lovely leather knee boots in today!
We have a crack team there now changing the shop around to make way for the knee boots so it might be a little messy but great time to visit.
... The £5 sale will continue until the sandals are gone and as this doesn`t normally take too long its a good time to pop in before they are gone. Happy shopping......

Wouldn’t but my shoes from anywhere else! The Solihull shop is amazing, all shoes are great quality and an absolute bargain! Today I walked away with 5 pairs of branded high heels shoes and ankle boots for £5 each!!!! Deliveries are so regular that there is always something new in stock and I have always had compliments on the shoes I have bought from here!

The couple who run this shop are the real stars of the show however, they are so helpful, kind and chatty! Real customer care and I hope they are recognised for their hard work!!

What a fantastic shop. Worth the journey from Bristol. The sales assistant was so friendly and helpful and the shop was packed with bargains. I will definitely be back. plus I got to have a shop and a catch up with my best friend.

OKAY Against my better judgement ,as I never fill in review s.THE staff at Monkeyshu are so interested in there customers and not forgetting what they are there for{to sell the shoes and hand bags} should get some reward. even though the good s are great and at very good prices,I go with two of my friends to buy and also the interaction between customers and staff is like a day out

I only get my shoes from here . I live near Cardiff and visit at least 4 times a year

I love this place... I used to have my average pairs of shoes..now I have over 80 pairs of shoes and boots. I recommend everyone I know to shop here. I just love it and hardly ever walk out without spending less than £50..I'm hiding shoes around the house so my husband doesn't clock on ��

Fantastic customer service today, the shop was very busy but I still felt as though I was a valued customer. I was even offered a biscuit!!!

Called in on a Wednesday with my daughter looking for special occasion shoes. Ladies were so helpful suggesting lots of different shoes and we ended up buying three pairs! Lots of choice and wonderful staff we'll be back.
