Thanks for all of the likes/comments/shares on the post regarding re pegging of the pools, great to see how many of our customers/friends were in favour, thanks guys and gals 👍

Re pegging of owl pool has been finished today, owl now has 15 pegs rather than 21, and there is a net box on every peg with 3 keep nets and a landing net in each, the new pegs are nice and big too! Hawk is the same regarding the big pegs and new net boxes and we plan to do lark next week (15 pegs) then swallow (18-20 pegs) 👍

Would like to thank Ben for all the help he gave us on our first visit to his marvellous fishery. Everyone of our club thoroughly enjoyed themselves had a good days fishing. We never had the weights that Monkhall are known for but everyone had good weighs ( some the best weight they’ve ever had ). Will certainly be trying to book another match at Monkhall.

This has to be one of the best commercial fisheries in the midlands. The cafe and toilets are immaculately clean. Thr full breakfast was fantastic value and you would struggle to find any better. The pools and pegs have been layed out with the angler in mind. Every peg has a feature and I would say that the Swallow Pool which we fished was one of the fairest pools you could wish for. We will be back for sure.

Super venue - well worth travelling to fish. Thanks Ben. See you soon mate.

Run by a fisherman for fishermen very welcoming and helpful top dollar fishing would recomend to anyone

One of the best commercial fisheries I've been to, friendly and warm welcoming every time :) Highly recommend!

Had a great time camping on the 5 van site owners where very helpful will definitely be going back . Although I am not a fisherman everyone fishing seem to have a good time

Had a great day catching silvers on the maggots today on lark pool, came out with about 17 fish, really chuffed and a great fishery�

Had a fab day yesterday with a great bunch of lads breakfast was top notch will be back soon

Had 2 days on here with a few mates , Ben the owner is very helpful and a great bloke , the fishery is immaculate and stuffed with fish, we fished 2 matches and with 168lb 2nd and 118lb 1st I will definitely be returning ...

Ben and his fishery accommodated my 60th birthday charity match on 29/10/2016. The hospitality, facilities and fishing were superb. As one of my mates who travelled down from the Wirral said "a cracking little fishery!".

Awsome venue and owners Ben and cliff are top blokes always there to help ya even when your hands get cold on a freezing morning lol cheers cliff and top breakfast aswell wot more do you need from a days fishing.

Awesome fishery, awesome hospitality. This is our 3rd annual visit to the fishery and we are always made to feel welcome. Ben, Chris, Darren and Jim and everyone else pull out all the stops. Superb onsite accommodation and great breakfasts.

We were put on Hawk and Lark for our two day matches. Can't recommend enough. Brilliant.
