Midsummer Village Fair in the grounds of beautiful Newnham Paddox at Monks Kirby. Something for all the family! Admission fees apply. (2018 admission - £4 for adults / under 16s free)

What an AMAZING day - thank you so much to the best committee ever and fantastic volunteers that have worked so hard and delivered a successful event today to the benefit of many local causes. Morning everyone! Hope you had a good weekend.
This year we will be holding an informal dog competition at our fair. Categories include most handsome dog, most beautiful eyes, waggiest tale, loudest bark. Do you have a pooch you want to show off? Entry is on the day.
A big thank you to Bilton Veterinary Centre for donation of some health check vouchers and also to Pets Corner at Palmers Garden Centre, Ullesthorpe for the donation of a voucher for a 2Kg bag of dog food.

Morning everyone! Hope you had a great bank holiday weekend.
Today we would like to introduce you to Andrew & Jessica Gibbons who will be performing for us on Sunday 24th June. They sang at last year's fair and we are very excited to welcome them back this year.
Andrew and Jessica are a father and daughter duet and they will be performing a variety of popular songs, including ... material by Adele, Fleetwood Mac, Ella Fitzgerald and Simon & Garfunkel.
Jessica was brought up in Monks Kirby and after leaving school went on to study music at College and University, graduating in 2011. After taking her post graduate qualification at Warwick University, Jessica has worked in primary education in London and is responsible for the Music Curriculum at her current school.
Andrew is a retired Engineer and IT Project Manager, having worked for over 30 years in the automotive industry. He is now living the dream and in addition to playing acoustic sessions, is also a member of a local rock band, Adverse Camber. Andrew will also be singing in the Acappella group on the day.

Hi everyone! This week we would like to shine a light on some of the entertainment we have planned for this year's Midsummer Fair. Today I would like to introduce you to Warwickshire Acapella.
Warwickshire Acapella are a vocal group that has been running for three years and they are based in Rugby. We were lucky enough to have them perform at last year's event and are very excited to welcome them back again.
They perform many styles of music from pop to sacred and are proud ...to be a community group of varying ages. The group is never accompanied and every instrument that can be heard from the stage is sung.

A homemade card... or 'Something I made earlier' (this can be anything you have made from any material'
For children: A vegetable animal or A painted stone - this can be done at the fair and is loads of fun!
A final note - all entries must be registered before 11.30am on Sunday 24th June. Judges decision is final
