We have been a few times over the years and had a number of takeouts and never had a bad meal.



Went on Boxing Day evening most recently. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious and they gave us a quieter table because we had our two year old with us. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Indian food now.

Visited again Saturday night, best curry house around period, great staff, great food, great atmosphere been going here years and never had a bad meal wouldn't go anywhere else

The food was amazing fresh and very tasty. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Toilets very clean. Thank u for a fab meal will definitely be back again x

The best Indian meal we have had, lovely place to eat, waiters were lovely, and the food was so tasty. Their takeaway is gorgeous too.

Super food, fantastic staff, owened by two great guys. A must place to dine out! Or just to have a drink! Cant wait for our next visit....

Quite possibly the best curry I have ever eaten! Coupled by friendly staff & a warm environment whats not to love.



Get's very busy from Thursday to Sunday so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

I have been eating here since moving to the area in 2005 , one of our favourite places to eat ,but when they bought next door and expanded and put a relaxing bar area in they moved it to the next level .

Now go in a couple of times a week sometimes just for a drink but always get a warm friendly greeting from all the staff . Great food , great staff always a good night . Cheers

I have be eating their since it has opened, and food is so good, it the decor is very pleasant to the eye. The service is 100% and the bonus is we are only around the corner.

I had a sit in meal with 3 mates in the week, food superb, hospitality excellent, then at the wk end had a take out for me & my wife, again food superb service excellent, this restaurant is 1st class

Food is great, location is great and its a perfect set up to go with your pals or family. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, staff so friendly and helpful and food was just amazing!!! How anyone can leave a bad review is beyond me. I have been a few times now and every time I am amazed at how beautiful the food is. Well done to all at Monsoon and thank you for a lovely evening for Jo's Birthday xxx

Some very nice dishes on offer with nice changes, not the standard run of the mill choices as many other Indian restaurants, there were so many we would have liked to try.



Mussel starter was very nice with a beautiful subtle sauce that was just right. I went for the Lamb Gost Rajasthan very lovely flavours and all the accompaniments were excellent, nice vegetable dishes Sag Panir, Bengan Bhajee and excellent Peshwari Nan.



Overall; a nice place to eat, nice atmosphere, attentive staff and excellent value for money.

Great ambience. Nice decor. Good food, decent portion size. Service is friendly and you do not have to wait too long to eat.

Tried the starter and had to send it back as it was very cold, thy just reheated/microwave it. Complained again to different staff member who apologised and said it would be removed from the bill- which it was. We are still trying to decided about the wine from India, we have had a lot worse. The main meal for both of us was good, the biggest issues was how noise the restaurant was, it was very difficult to have a conversation.

Not my cup of tea. Extremely loud, sat by the bar which was busy. Food was noting special,had better food from Asda box for 2! Staff running around with no purpose.

Sorry but will not return.

Main course very tasty, prawn on purée starter not the best flavour I've had a lot better, one waiter when asked to recommend a tasty chicken dish chose the towa which is mostly onion, I said anymore and didn't seem to not want to help too much, took ages for him to come back to take order, shame

Very very disappointed with the food my balti took an hour and a half to turn up was barley warm had no taste and was more like a soup I also got sent the wrong naan bread will not be using this restaurant again !!!
