ūüźĎūüéČ We're still celebrating 'Love Lamb Week' here at Shropshire's Award Winning Butchers! Our Lambs are beauties, we tend to buy the breed Texel, or a Texel X Suffolk - producing superb ratio of flavourful meat to fat.
Darren has a real soft spot for the Suffolk, a traditional breed, with stunning conformation! I love the Shropshire breed, which has equisite flavour, closely followed by the leaner but just as lovely Zwartble Breed!
... Our Lambs are bought out of Bridgnorth Auction, we then age them for 10days as a whole carcass.- Ensuring that intense quality Lamb taste! Provenance & Passion in every Cut ūüĒ™ Butcher really is bestūüéČūüźĎ
