Stock levels in store are becoming a real issue unless you shop in the mornings. Opening hours have been extended but it’s pointless as shopping anytime after 6pm and shoppers are just faced with empty shelves . The newly planned pay to park to shop is just a step too far . It appears we now have to purchase a ticket to buy fuel as regardless of 15 mins grace period the queues for pumps and then to pay means it’s often longer than 15 mins . Couple that with the fact that Parking Eye are notorious for incorrectly issuing tickets and their very difficult Customer appeal process we have decided as a whole family that it’s just all a step too far .

Our main shopping will now be done online with Sainsbury’s . That’s 3 households 7 adults and 1 child average weekly shop circa £400 between us .

Purchased a square kettle BBQ from the Ross-on-Wye store today for £35.00 along with an additional £20.00 of accessories and after buying over £20.00 of meat yesterday in a different store (who were out of stock of all BBQ’s) only to get it home and when reviewing the instructions noted the cooking height is going to be about 40cm or just below knee height for me as I am 6ft 4inches.

Bank holiday afternoon BBQ now ruined and you have stressed both myself and my partner tremendously so all in all a really sh*t afternoon ahead and for once not due to the weather but due to cr*p merchandise sold under the Morrisons label. Ruined our family day!!!

Nowhere on the box does it say Mini or Beach BBQ or in fact tell you the grill cooking height. Shows picture of this on a lawn on the box. Completely mislead and will be taking this back for full refund next weekend as already made a 2 hour round trip today from Coleford in Forest of Dean to your Ross on Wye store.

Probably won’t get a response today as I assume all the morrisons staff who aren't in store have the day off and are sitting having a BBQ, wonder how many use Morrisons on brand BBQ or are Dwarfs.

On a side note the height of this is extremely dangerous in view of families using this with young children. I dread to thing the injuries that could be caused if a toddle reaches into this. Scandalous!!!!

Not baby/child friendly at all. No change mat to lay a baby down on in the nappy cubicle and don't get me started on the parking. Why have parent and toddler bays if they are not restricted to the people who actually need them?!

Morrisons and Parking Eye.

I hate Parking Eye. You aught to see the complaints about them on line from people who’s cars have been wrongly identified by their cameras and the way they treat the public who have a legitimate complaint.

It’s bad enough that that by using Morrisons, (or any other car park controlled by Parking Eye, ) we automatically agree to their terms and conditions for parking.

But it doesn’t stop there. If you want to read their terms and conditions you have to at look at Parking Eye’s website. It states straight away, that just by looking at their website, we are agreeing to abide by their rules. BEFORE ACTUALLY READING THEM. This is ridiculous and surely this is not legal. I can’t set up a website and demand £2.00 from everybody who looks at it, and get away with it.

So we get a ticket from the machine at Morrisons which acts as a legal receipt but then we give it to Morrisons to reclaim our expense for shopping there, and having done so we no longer have any proof of purchase of when we arrived. That’s not right. We get a receipt from Morrisons for our shopping but we don’t have to hand it over to anyone else. We paid for it and it’s our property.

If Parking Eye says that we have not purchased a ticket to park, or that we made some other infringement of their rules, we are considered guilty until WE can prove our innocence. Its true. Just read the reviews. Surely this is contrary to the common law we all have to protect us from criminals elsewhere. Innocent until proved Guilty.

But PE would say we are on private land and THEIR rules apply. Not common law.

Morrisons would say it’s nothing to do with them now. But they still want us spending our money in their store.

What brought all this about? We can blame all the people who used to park there free and go to the leisure centre or shop elsewhere.

Morrison new Parking Management Company 'Parking Eye'!!!! Has anyone else been targeted by this Company? Has anyone else had a letter suggesting that they have 'failed to adhere to their car park conditions'? 1. They don't tell you why, or what you might have done. If you want to find out you have to pay for the information!!!! 2. On contacting Morrisons Customer services, their response was that I had to write to them to complain, but they couldn't do anything as they didn't manage the car park!!! 3. How did Parking Eye get my personal details?????? Isn't this illegal now. A personal note to Morrisons, I will NEVER shop there again, and will go out of my way to shop elsewhere in future. Customer service at an all time low Morrrisons!!!!

Awful, awful, awful. Went in today to get some passport photos done, booth wasn't working. Girl on the tobacco kiosk said she had rang thru for someone to come take a look, 20 mins later, we were still waiting. Went back to the kiosk and were ignored. We spend upwards of £100 a week in this store - not any more. Shocking customer service - something I will be taking up with Head Office.
