You need to check your butchers.. they are labelling cheap steak for rib eye..you should be ashamed of yourselves....but im sure you wont show this will you?

I went into Morrison's to get a trolley with a car on as I have my 20 month old and my 74 year old dad, who is disabled with dementia and my dad needs to use the trolley to lean on to walk. As I was taking the trolley out to them, the security guard stopped me and asked what I was doing. I explained the situation, which wasn't good enough. He told me, he had to escort me to the car with the trolley. I have NEVER been do disgusted in all my life. Being treated like a criminal when all I was trying to do was take my dad out for his weekly shop. Put that aside; why would you have trolleys that you can't take to the car? So whilst in the store you have to empty the trolley, then carry your children AND shopping to the car. That is completely in practical and therefore, I would argue: not fit for purpose. You need to change this policy so that this doesn't happen again.

Have just cooked rump steak for myself and my partner and can honestly say it was the worst steak I have ever had. Almost £5 a piece and it was totally unedible full of gristle. Have always Morrisons meat to be good but the butcher who packed these up must of known what it was like.
