Morrisons has been the store I have done my weekly shop for years. However for a few weeks now I have been unable to achieve this because items are constantly out of stock shelves are empty etc. It's extremely frustrating and makes you wonder if they are in trouble! This is not good for customers and not good for you Morrisons. Can you address this matter please?

My wife and I both ordered the Big Daddy breakfast today. Bacon Sausage and Black Pudding all overcooked. Sausage is poor quality and the presentation was appalling. Basically chucked on the plate, seeing as we had two you would of thought they would be identical. Well they were in the skill of cooking. As ex chef yes i can be very critical but for the love of god this is the very basic of dishes and not that difficult to plate up or cook. very disappointing.

I went to the petrol station and the woman was rushed off her feet and my card wouldn’t work so I tried it again and it said approved but the lady said it had been declined I said it hadn’t but she was working two tills so she swiped it again and it went through I got home and checked my online account and it had been taken twice so I rang morrisons to be told it was to do with my card company not them to which I replied you yes you charged me twice and she said speak to your card company and you should get it put back absolutely shocking

Had dinner in the cafe today, with my partner and son. We each had a meal, all of which were cold and very bland and not tasty at all. Not one of us ate all of our food, been in other Morrisons cafes, but was very disappointed with the Shrewsbury one, we certainly won't be eating here again. You either need a new cook or your current one/ones need retraining..

Cold food .. food missing. Wrong food brought out . My husband didn’t get the rice for his curry until I had finished eating and then a small amount was thrown on top of his reheated curry . Soup was cold and had to be warmed up ..wrong bread brought out twice ..we had ordered a white bread roll . Gave up on the bread or the soup would have gone cold again. Fish and chips Luke warm . The only hot food was my omelet and about 10 chips ... although the restaurant was only about 1/3 full there was a long wait for the food ... I used to love going there used to be good food at a good price ... someone needs sacking .
