Having had a issue with our 3 week old egg pushchair that would not collapse, I went in to the store today and they were very helpful and sorted the issue and have a replacement coming 2 days later.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

After a disappointing visit for my fiance and i to our local festival park store we weren't sure what we were going to do when we found a pram that we both loved only to be told that it wasn't possible to purchase due to one item,the isofix base, which formed the package on offer was out of stock. We discussed ordering the main parts (pram,carrycot and car seat) new into store and asked if we could have the display isofix base to complete the package but were told no unless we had the whole package from off display.Not wanting to do this my fiance called the Stafford store to see if they had stock available and spoke to sam who said that we could order the main parts as they are not kept instore and we could have their isofix base display to complete the package. We later visited the store to be helped by 3 staff bex, tracey and sam. Nothing was too much trouble for them and although they had to seek advice on the best way to get the deal for us using the store isofix base and ordering the other items they were happy to help. After spending nearly an hour in the store we left with a brand new isofix base, as they had one in store meaning we didn't have to have the display one, and we ordered the other items to be delivered to our home address. As a first time mum myself it is a stressful time and we have found it difficult to find places where we are able to see product demos. A massive thank you to you ladies we are extremely greatful for your help today��

Terrible service via the phone from a member of staff. The swinging crib broke in the night with my 4month old in. The wooden bar snapped causing the legs to fall.

The member of staff was so unhelpful said I couldn't return it (as no receipt it was a gift) only had it since august. Even tho it was a manufacturer problem.

She was very rude and couldn't careless.



Walsall Mothercare took it back and was great
