Not so ‘Black’ Friday - Rural workers dwelling gets the go-ahead after being given a rough ride!
The Moule & Co planning team are celebrating with their client today after winning a planning appeal inquiry for the development of a rural worker’s dwelling in the Cotswolds, along with being awarded full costs.
The original application dates back to 2015 with proposals for a permanent dwelling for an essential rural worker to live on the site of an agricultural lairage.
