Here we have Den O'Connor, he is our Players Player of the Year for 2018 as voted by the class participants.
Den is a great participant of the classes always a smile on his face and makes the class environment fun. He listened from the get go and cracked on progressing through all the exercises on the sheets, now doing advanced ones. He always does the rep ranges, pushes up the weight safely, always keen to try something new and has trimmed up loads as a bi product since sta...rting Nov 17. Not to mention curing his knee problems which was his first reason for coming to the classes. Well done Den.
