Had a delicious apple and cinnamon muffin - slightly warmed - it was heaven! Definitely recommended if you want a drink and snack whilst out shopping in the Bullring

Always come here, its busy but the staff cope really well, everybody gets served quickly. I had the spinach and feta slice very nice and a xmas muffin.

Milkshake ok but rather too large for an older person. Very expensive for what we had, tuna melt, chocolate cake and two shakes ┬Ż15.

The staff need training in how to handle Reheating food before someone gets badly sick from half warm chicken pasta bake!. No really you are meant to temp check anything you re-heat to make sure it's up to a good temp. My husband was given a pasta bake that spent barely any time re-heating and was not even checked to see if it was safe. I would never get away with this kind of practise in my job.

My friends mum purchased a fudge brownie for three of us to share. Began eating it and realised that it had walnuts in it. My friend is allergic to nuts. As soon as we realised this we turned to my friend who was already beginning to have an allergic reaction. We were not informed that there were nuts in the brownie, nor were there any signs indicating so! Went back and staff said sorry and asked if we wanted a refund. We explained the situation and got a "sorry" again, that was it. We were not offered first aid and had to seek this ourselves at which point the security called an ambulance for us. We were extremely lucky that my friend allergy is not very severe otherwise the situation could've been far worse. Staff should be briefed on how to handle situations like this, there should be a first aider at the store during all shifts and allergens should be properly marked on corresponding products.

Appalling, never coming back!

-Ordered 2 Chicken, bacon and cheese toasties, both had overcooked scratchy bacon and no chicken at all.

-Two people ordered together, but they randomly spilt the bill out without asking so we had to pay twice.

-Terrible coffee

-Bottled water wasn't cold
