Never seem to upset me when I get my food and dessert, top food and dessert place in Birmingham. People who haven't been to munches must go and specially taste their fresh waffles

Amazing food and one of my top and favourite places to order from, never had a bad order or felt the need to complain and if they do make a mistake it is quickly sorted out. I'd recommend them to all my friends and have done already :) thank you so much and be ordering soon.

Nice breakfast and polite staff. There milkshakes excellent and for the value. Definitely worth trying.

ordered cookie dough turned out to be raw.. rang the store and a brother answered it stating this is how its meant to be its set on a timer and diconnected the call.. the look and taste is not how it should be.. not impressed — at Munchies Takeaway & Dessert Parlour

ordered a honeycomb milkshake but received something tasting like bubblegum everything was missing, the honeycomb the chocolate sauce and the chocolate pieces! Everything else wasn't good and my friend found a hair in his food when we confronted them with the truth of their inadequacies they were most unhelpful and proceeded to argue in the background instead of sort it out! Very disappointed will NEVER order from this establishment forsooth. Thank u for reading my review, like if it made u cry

Yuk! Main food was worse than a £1 microwave meal. Ice cream was completely melted and "hot cookie dough" ice cold.

Would not order again from these they got my entire order wrong and didn't do a single thing about it not even an apology there customer service is the worst I've ever experienced

Very disappointed with the quality of food I received from this place the Panini meat tasted awful & smelt awful, also found hair in my fries, the deserts were in a state, considering waiting over 45minutes for it, all of the food went straight in the bin including the deserts, one desert failed to even turn up after calling them I finally received it, the only positive thing about this place is the staff are friendly and the coke bottle. Never again will I be ordering from this place, to be honest doesn't even deserve a one star.

Milkshakes came warm and lumpy to the point i couldnt even suck it up the straw and my 8 year old sister even refused to drink hers, both tasted like cream couldn't even tell which was which and the 'warm' cookie dough came cold and tasted vile. Rang to complain but the man kept on speaking over me, claimed the manager wasn't in then hung up on me with no apology or anything. Worst desserts i have ever had

Chocolate fondue arrived in takeaway box featuring tinned pineapple, soggy marshmallows and despite asking for NO NUTELLA came with Nutella. Very disappointed.

Only giving it 1 star because I can't give it zero! Food tasted vile and what little of it I did eat, gave me food poisoning. Surprised that it actually has a hygiene rating of 2 tbh. Avoid like the plague!

MOULDY CAKE!!! Photos in comments..Absolutely disgusting, we ordered pizza, 2 milkshakes and 1 slice of Forrero Rocher cake which came with a free side of fuzzy green mould. We called and complained and apparently a refund for the £3 cake and a free milkshake is sufficient to cover the fact my cake was mouldy and I threw up my pizza after taking a bite of it. The delivery driver refused to call and request a full refund. Environmental health will be being contacted first thing in the morning and informed of this absolutely disgraceful establishment. Zero Stars for both food and service! I will try and attach photo evidence.

Horrible !!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all I should have gone with my gut instinct as soon as I seen the shop based in alum rock. Everything apart from the bottle of coke and plastic spoons went in the bin!

Food arrived 30 mins late. Food was cold and solid. I phoned the store up to let them know the man said ill phone the driver and call back.. he did so and the driver told him he delivered it 30 mins ago.. so hes evidently a lier. Anyways i was told i cant have a refund cos i paid cash and to phone the next day to the manager. To be told nothing can be done about it. Poor customer service

First order ive ever made and i really did not like the breakfast coffee had no sugar to safe to say i wont be ordering again but maybe the treats ��

Disgusting food, worst dessert shop ever. Cookie doughs were either burnt or not even cooked properly and tasted bitter. The ice cream tasted cheap AF. Milkshakes were not nice either. Wasted money coming here. Never again.
