Excellent gym. Old school training - proper iron weights. Very diverse and mixed environment. Friendly people who are always happy to help and look after you.

Went in paid did workout n left no problems wat so ever read a few reviews u go to workout not to mke love wid recepionist

This gym is corrupt & very un friendly especially to people that are looking to become customers saying that because they are black they need to leave & racially abusing them!!! All the person asked is how the gym works & what the routine is!!!!! I think that its a call to trading standards & to police to say the least!!!! Also they need to look at the state of the gym & the equiptment as they don't even use anti bacterial spray after every use as observed when trying to enquire!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THERE AS ITS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS SHUTING DOWN!!!! SOME OF US WANT TO SPEND OUR WELL EARNED MONEY THAT WE ARE PAYED DOING PROPER JOBS ELSEWHERE WHERE ITS CLEAN & FRIENDLY & NOT RACIST REMARKS OR ABUSE IS INVOLVED!!!!!
