Just had a manicure and pedicure by Lisa, Beauty Manager. Fantastic service, felt relaxed and pampered in modern and welcoming surroundings. Beautiful salon. Would recommend to anyone. Xx

Had my first appointment with Natalie for a restyle - she gave great personalised advice & I was very pleased with the result. A really fab cut!

Natalie is a fantastic hairdresser, I always come away happy. Nat doesn't just do great colours & fabulous cuts but always gives you her honest opinion on what works & what doesn't. I have tremendously thick hair so really do appreciate the advice.

This is the place to go if you want an amazing service in a wonderful stylish salon.

Raj has messed around with me for months and now has done a runner. She owes me so much money and this has happened to other people I know as well.

I have paid for 6 sessions for my laser! I've only had half. They should have notified us and refunded the remaining amount before closing down and doing a runner! I know plenty of girls who are experiencing the same issues! If someone knows how I can get in touch with anyone who can help get my money back please let me know

Just a quick not to let you know about my experience with Muse.

I am working opposite Salon book my first visit as my hair really need some attention. I had a colouring tester done, and been booked within next few days.

When I have arrived on my appointment , lovely manager- creative director of salon has informed me that it has been booked incorrectly and she actually don't have a time to do my hair today and she has time with in next 5 days. And that was it!

Seriously, I have taken time off work for this appointment whole afternoon and all you had to say was we can't fit you in today, next appointment available is with in 5 days.



Visit to your salon was a total fiasco and you even didn't try to put it right!

DO NOT BOOK appointments for laser! Raj has cancelled several appointments since January due 2 using 1 laser machine between 2 salons. Appointments are only on 2 days Monday & tuesdays. Raj has also lied a few times blaming her beautician saying she is ill...however when I've spoken to her other salon her beautician isn't I'll but In fact working there. Very poor service with regards to laser
