Happy Bank Holiday weekend all! Sorry I’ve been a little quiet lately, seem to have lost my social media voice a little bit! Anyway while it might be a little bit chilly today, it’s blue skies at least and Bridgnorth is the place to be with our Music and Arts Fest continuing over the weekend with so much live music dotted around town, plus the outdoor cinema tomorrow AND Monday - all for free! We’re open until 5 today and 10.30-4 tomorrow and Monday before I head to the outdoor cinema myself! Have a great one x

Guess what’s back?! We’ve got belly baskets in 3 different sizes and styles, and small rope baskets (medium and large are on their way soon too). Last time we had baskets in they sold like hot cakes so be quick! In store now and I’ll be listing online tomorrow.

In case you haven’t seen my stories today, we’ve had a delivery of new stock. First up these gorgeous glass bottles in 3 different colours, perfect for al fresco dining (let’s hope we get some sun back!) 🥂

So I’ve been a little quiet on here recently but rest assured I’ve been busy!! Around a couple of big painting commissions I’ve spent the last week making a big haul of lampshades which I’m excited to say I’ll be taking to @oldspitalfieldsmarket on 1st and 2nd September thanks to the amazing @ps.shopup!! I can’t wait as I spent a year working right next to Spitalfields and spent many a lunch hour there. This is a selection of what I’ve been making, shades of various shapes and sizes, with some cheeky double sided ones too...fingers crossed I’ll also have some handmade lamps on offer too. London folk, hopefully see you there!

All our lampshades are totally handmade in our workshop space and I’m busy making a bunch for something very special coming up so please expect a lot of lampshade spam!

If you've been sewing and dressmaking at a basic level but you want to improve your skills, this workshop is perfect for you. Learn from the very talented Jenny from My Little Wedding Shop how to sew with a tricky fabric like lace and how to adapt a pattern to make a garment your own. You'll make a lace top to your own specifications by altering the sleeve length, neck line and body length. Learn how to finish the garment professionally by making your own bias binding, using a scallop edge and sewing french seams. Saturday 11th August, 10am - 5pm, £80 which includes all materials.
