Our technical issues have now been resolved and our phone lines are working again.

Worst company ever not getting a black box again it gives u bad marks for driving and it cost u more money in the long run if u go over your miles my car has been off the road for about a week and it has been giving me -1 and that and I haven't been driving it because it's broke it's just away to make more money out of u

Waste of time and money. My son was screwed by these rip off merchants due to their shoddy black boxes giving false information about him speeding at 3am when he was asleep info bed. Then after cancelling his insurance they took another payment the next day. It's no wonder 18 year olds struggle to get insurance with scum like this screwing them.

THEY ARE A FUCKING JOKE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY ARE CHEEKY BASTARDS ON THE PHONE THATS ALL A CAN SAY �����

I am with them now. Have had them less than 2 weeks and they are threatening me with a cancellation! Rang the office constantly since Thursday to be informed that the person dealing with me is on holiday! My box is being fitted in the morning and they tell me they will be in touch tomorrow. If I get the box fitted I will be charged but if I don't then my insurance is definitely cancelled. I still don't know the reason for them wanting to cancel?!?! What the hell am I meant to do?



Wish I never went with them in the first place!

Avoid cheap for a reason will cost you in the longrun very very poor worst company I have dealt with in twenty years of driving!

Absolutely awful insurance company! Not only having £1500 from me but about another £500 to buy more miles & then to top it all another £180 to change my insurance over. Absolute joke!! And the fact they are not even open weekends or have a 24hr helpline is just beyond me. I wish I read reviews before going with this company. Please stay clear from it!! I've had nothing but problems and hassle 24/7!! Money robbing people , that's all they are !!!!!
