We have come to nandos rugby tonight with my godson, who wanted to wear his chef outfit. The waitress (little chlo) has made my godsons day by talking to him about being a chef, saying "hi chef" each time she walks past him and giving him a ball with chef Dylan written on it. Get staff member that has gone the extra mile.

Never disappointed with the food - it's always spot on. Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. It's just a nice & easy meal out 🐔 Xx

Loved it. As always the service was great, they are brilliantly accommodating of children and the food has always been excellent quality with great portion sizes! My absolute favorite it's the quinoa salad with chicken! Mmmmm!

Great service happy staff always making sure everything is ok and the chicken woow cooked to perfection will 100% be back again kids loved it as well.im a chicken catcher for faccenda foods I'm pretty sure we supply nandos with the chicken great to sit down and enjoy a nice chicken dinner rather than catching them lol

Excellent food, atmosphere and staff are friendly and attentive. Have eaten at a few Nandos around the country and this one is so far the best one which has offered faultless service and food...

Considering how busy they were we were soon seated and didn't have to wait long for the food to come. The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was delicious. I can't believe that have never been to a nandos before but after this I cant wait to go back.

Been here loads of times but first time i had the hot fino pitta, was delicious, great food fast service.

Been for a meal with my family this evening , awesome service from truly kind attentive staff , particularly a host called Chloe . She was the most polite hospitable lovely natured girl who smiled at all the customers and treated them with respect . And yet , I observed rude obnoxious people showing hostility and impatience just because the queue was too long for them ... how disgraceful to vent their frustration towards the staff too ... omg I feel so disgusted ... please carry on being the lovely person you are Chloe , Karma is always watching ���

At just before 7pm on a Friday evening we were politely greeted and told it would be a wait of 20mins for a table along with about 10 other people.

Polite helpful friendly staff soon showed us to the table. Food order was able to be given quickly after our wait for the table by an equally efficiently, friendly helpful member of staff.

Food arrived after less than 10 minutes looking well presented & hot.

Lots of choices on menu with a huge array of condiments to spice up your meal if you have chosen to stay safe and go for a mild option �..



Lovely clean eating area & toilets....

I'm a Nando's fan. This one is very wellcome to Rugby, well located into a brand new shopping area, with many parking spaces available except on lunch time and busiest periods like Christmas. The waiting time for a table 10 mins plus 10 to be served was excellent. We were a couple with a child, our choise a chicken burger with chips and a share platter of chicken.peri-peri with chips and garlic bread. Paid £38 itch. Later ordered 3 pastel de nata for dessert. Don't give the 5 stars because the 2 espressos I paid were just warm black coffee in espressos cups. The decoration is Nando's typical, south American music and the traditional noisy restaurant that I like. I will return please have proper espressos.

Fantastic staff, fantastic service, fantastic food. Downfall = air con on when it's -2 outside. Food got cold quickly and didn't take coat off.

A fantastically designed building outside & in. The staff were nice & friendly. We enjoyed our food but found that the chicken in our sharing platter was a bit dry. The pieces of chicken are usually more moist at our local Nando's. We were passing through here on our way back from a week in Lyme Regis.

Was rushed to our seat, even though not that busy, and just left to it. Never been before and won't hurry back. Good was very average for the price and portion sizes small. Chips were luke warm and soggy and chicken was really chewy.

I enjoy Nandos Rugby it is what it says, chicken, but the food is good and what you pay is what you get. I would give a 4 star but the last few times has not been amazing like it was when opened. I will return because Rugby on this side have very little good food places left.

First time visitors. I didn't like the self ordering and getting own cutlery concept. My partner and I shared boneless platter; the chicken was absolutely delicious but we didn't think the portions were very generous.The bottle of rose was delicious, the staff brilliant and so friendly and the atmosphere really great. We had a lovely evening but sadly didn't think it was particularly value for money.

First bad experience iv had in this nandos food left on pass 10plus mins loads staff just walking passed & ignoring it they did redo it een i asked them had 2 put my ciat on as it was freezing wen i asked y i was told it was 24 degrees noway was it 24 degrees
