Would just like to say how lovely your restaurant is weŌĆÖve had a bad experience in another NandoŌĆÖs so was unsure of visiting another, but glad we did the service was top notch and the food was amazing will definitely be regular customers

We all enjoy Nandos and more or less go every week, always great staff foods quick, you won't get fat on chicken wings or super grain ŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’Ė ÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅŌŁÉ’ĖÅ

Today I had one of the most pleasant dining experiences of my life so far, It was a complete surprise as to how beautiful the food truly was. In the company of a few of my good friends we decided to go for the ŌĆśJumbo PlatterŌĆÖ that consisted of whole chickens and a large amount of sides that were optional to choose from. We had to endure a 30 Minute wait purely because of the overly large order fulfilment in the fairly peaceful restaurant this evening. My good friends ordered starters to keep the wait at bay whilst they tucked into some cheese dips and chicken strips. The food arrived in scheduled time and was presented very well by the friendly members of staff. The meal was quickly ate and enjoyed to say the least! The dessert was quickly to follow where the refillable frozen yogurt was to be desired - (Very refreshing indeed I may say) The meal came to just over ┬Ż44 but in my opinions was worth every penny. Tried the 4 Chicken thighs for a change delicious !

One of the few places we can eat out as Graham doesn't eat carbs and most restaurants pad out meals with chips etc. We have the boneless platter with a fino slaw and mash. I get the mash. ’┐Į’┐Į

I've eaten here several times now and found the atmosphere very friendly,staff couldn't do enough,and never get tired of chicken ’┐Į,keep up the good work guys 10 stars

I took my 13 month old son out to try the Nandino meal. He's allergic to cows milk. No problem for the staff. We were told they'd wiped down the whole kitchen before preparing his chicken breast, tomatoes and sweet potato wedges. He demolished the lot. His only downside was dropping his ice lolly on the floor before finishing. I will definitely be bringing him back for more Nando's as staff had the patience to look up all the dietary guidelines before putting any order through.

First trip to Nando's and loved it! Warm welcome, great food and quick service. A lovely server came up to my 2 year old and gave her a chocolate to give to me as a mother's day present (my daughter then decided to eat it herself so the young lady got me another ’┐Į) just a little something but really made my day ’┐Į Will definitely be going back

Brilliant helpful staff! Great service. Myself and two of Jacks carers descided to try and take him for some food this is not easy because of the learning disabilities He has but we were pleasantly surprised just how well it went. Thanks again we will definitely come again.!

first trip to nandos with my youngest whos 9 .. she loved it ,didnt have childs meal as wanted "more " chicken wings,staff were excellent,chicken was cooked to perfection and she loved trying the medium spicy dressing. i had a lovely butterflyed mango and line chicken,was cooked to perfection only thing that let it down was the roll it came in.. we will defiantly go again as it was a hit ,great staff make this place

My family and i had our Sunday lunch here, 9 of us, it was fairly busy but we were told after waiting a while our food was being cooked- no problem with that at all- friendly and helpful staff, lovely meals for all of us .

WasnŌĆÖt very impressed at the service as kept forgetting the order, had someone trying to sweep up under my sons high chair and around my feet as we ate, the waiters were very young and seemed very inexperienced not at all what I was expecting with the overall service as have been a few times and seemed like all the staff have changed and really let the place down

Ordered food at 17:10 for collection at 18:00. Get there at 18:00 to be told no wedges, pick a different side, no probs with that. However at 18:15 food still isn't ready. Waitress brings it over at 18.20 no apologies for it being late and then the order is incomplete. Good job the food tastes good.

Food is not the best . I was hungry when I come out as portions are child like. Staff are miserable and don't seem to be bothered . Smallest thing seemed like it was to much effort and I felt like I was in the way of the having conversations between tables. I will avoid going back

Chicken was lovely .. Kids meal was good but veggie burger had very little taste and the consistency of wet corned beef.... Disappointing

A 45 minute wait sitting in a freezing wind tunnel of a restaurant for tough inedible chicken for 2 of the 3 meals we ordered. Another 15 mins wait for a replacement portion - which arrived after we finished our sides! Half term was not a surprise, sort the staff to suit the demand please. On the plus side our complaint was listened to and a refund was offered. But it wasn't the half term treat we'd had in mind

Went on my own this evening as I was on business in the area. Got a table and ordered promptly before a rush. Waited for 50 mins then asked if my order was on its way, got told it wasn't on the system. This makes no sense bearing in mind I was sat on the table with a drink and a frozen yogurt cup ready to go! Fortunately I wasn't in a rush myself. The member of staff I spoke to was helpful and got my order to me about 5-10 mins later. The manager brought my food over and apologised and gave me a free garlic bread to compensate. Nice gesture but I had ordered everything I wanted (funny that), so really it was wasted This is not all!



As I got up to get my frozen yoghurt, lets say in the space of about 15 seconds my table was given to another couple who had just arrived. Very awkward situation, and as far as I could see no apology was made at all and definitely not to me. The member of staff seemed to find it quite funny in fact. The same waitress I asked about my food asked at the end of my meal if everything was ok and I explained the table giveaway situation. She was very apologetic but powerless to give me anything else, and I just wanted to leave by that point!



Other things I noticed, my food was lukewarm when I got it, and the piece of tomato I got on my butterfly burger was the end of the tomato and tiny. Lettuce might as well have been left off as that was non existent. Restaurant was not really busy, or large, maybe send your staff to a bigger city to see how to deliver when there is a rush. I often noticed staff on their phones by the door. Worst Nando's experience I have had by a LONG way.

So yesterday went for a meal , food was lovely but hygiene was disgusting . Menus were filthy as were the condiments . Not happy at all !!!

The dessert was quickly to follow where the refillable frozen yogurt was to be desired - (Very refreshing indeed I may say) The meal came to just over ┬Ż44 but in my opinions was worth every penny. One of the few places we can eat out as Graham doesn't eat carbs and most restaurants pad out meals with chips etc. We have the boneless platter with a fino slaw and mash. I get the mash. ’┐Į’┐Į

I've eaten here several times now and found the atmosphere very friendly,staff couldn't do enough,and never get tired of chicken ’┐Į,keep up the good work guys 10 stars

I took my 13 month old son out to try the Nandino meal. He's allergic to cows milk. No problem for the staff. We were told they'd wiped down the whole kitchen before preparing his chicken breast, tomatoes and sweet potato wedges. He demolished the lot. His only downside was dropping his ice lolly on the floor before finishing. I will definitely be bringing him back for more Nando's as staff had the patience to look up all the dietary guidelines before putting any order through.

First trip to Nando's and loved it! Warm welcome, great food and quick service. A lovely server came up to my 2 year old and gave her a chocolate to give to me as a mother's day present (my daughter then decided to eat it herself so the young lady got me another ’┐Į) just a little something but really made my day ’┐Į Will definitely be going back

Brilliant helpful staff! Great service. Myself and two of Jacks carers descided to try and take him for some food this is not easy because of the learning disabilities He has but we were pleasantly surprised just how well it went. Thanks again we will definitely come again.!

first trip to nandos with my youngest whos 9 .. she loved it ,didnt have childs meal as wanted "more " chicken wings,staff were excellent,chicken was cooked to perfection and she loved trying the medium spicy dressing. i had a lovely butterflyed mango and line chicken,was cooked to perfection only thing that let it down was the roll it came in.. we will defiantly go again as it was a hit ,great staff make this place

My family and i had our Sunday lunch here, 9 of us, it was fairly busy but we were told after waiting a while our food was being cooked- no problem with that at all- friendly and helpful staff, lovely meals for all of us .

WasnŌĆÖt very impressed at the service as kept forgetting the order, had someone trying to sweep up under my sons high chair and around my feet as we ate, the waiters were very young and seemed very inexperienced not at all what I was expecting with the overall service as have been a few times and seemed like all the staff have changed and really let the place down

Ordered food at 17:10 for collection at 18:00. Get there at 18:00 to be told no wedges, pick a different side, no probs with that. However at 18:15 food still isn't ready. Waitress brings it over at 18.20 no apologies for it being late and then the order is incomplete. Good job the food tastes good.

Food is not the best . I was hungry when I come out as portions are child like. Staff are miserable and don't seem to be bothered . Smallest thing seemed like it was to much effort and I felt like I was in the way of the having conversations between tables. I will avoid going back

Chicken was lovely .. Kids meal was good but veggie burger had very little taste and the consistency of wet corned beef.... Disappointing

A 45 minute wait sitting in a freezing wind tunnel of a restaurant for tough inedible chicken for 2 of the 3 meals we ordered. Another 15 mins wait for a replacement portion - which arrived after we finished our sides! Half term was not a surprise, sort the staff to suit the demand please. On the plus side our complaint was listened to and a refund was offered. But it wasn't the half term treat we'd had in mind

Went on my own this evening as I was on business in the area. Got a table and ordered promptly before a rush. Waited for 50 mins then asked if my order was on its way, got told it wasn't on the system. This makes no sense bearing in mind I was sat on the table with a drink and a frozen yogurt cup ready to go! Fortunately I wasn't in a rush myself. The member of staff I spoke to was helpful and got my order to me about 5-10 mins later. The manager brought my food over and apologised and gave me a free garlic bread to compensate. Nice gesture but I had ordered everything I wanted (funny that), so really it was wasted This is not all!



As I got up to get my frozen yoghurt, lets say in the space of about 15 seconds my table was given to another couple who had just arrived. Very awkward situation, and as far as I could see no apology was made at all and definitely not to me. The member of staff seemed to find it quite funny in fact. The same waitress I asked about my food asked at the end of my meal if everything was ok and I explained the table giveaway situation. She was very apologetic but powerless to give me anything else, and I just wanted to leave by that point!



Other things I noticed, my food was lukewarm when I got it, and the piece of tomato I got on my butterfly burger was the end of the tomato and tiny. Lettuce might as well have been left off as that was non existent. Restaurant was not really busy, or large, maybe send your staff to a bigger city to see how to deliver when there is a rush. I often noticed staff on their phones by the door. Worst Nando's experience I have had by a LONG way.

So yesterday went for a meal , food was lovely but hygiene was disgusting . Menus were filthy as were the condiments . Not happy at all !!!
