We ordered an Elddis Crusader Storm with Ben on sunday at the caravan show, excellent service, very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd caravan we have purchased from Newport caravans and we live in Leicestershire ’┐Į

We bought an elldis affindy 554 from you , from the start of purchase we were so well looked after by Ben then Bob who works so hard going through everything ,thank you both customer care is second to none , unfortunately we have a few teething problems with our caravan , so we contacted Tina in after sales care . What an amazing lady , she took so much care checking our caravan out with us . Reassuring us everything will be sorted , telling us she will contact us . to inform us step by step as things progress . Thank you Tina . Ken and Sue from Plymouth .

They honour their promises and nothing is too much trouble, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. When I am ready to change my van , newport is the first place I will go

Picked up our new caravan at lunchtime. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and despite a major glitch (on our side) it was handled very professionally, which alleviated a lot of stress. Would definately recommend.

I'm sure all staff at Newport Caravans must dread seeing us or at the least say OMG its the Davies's again lol but have to say we've been buying and visiting Newport Caravans for the last 8 years now and have appreciated all their help in getting the right caravan for us. Their repair service is second to none and would highly reccommend them. Thanks to Scott for his patience. Hope to see you all again very soon Wendy a d Roy .

I recently bought an Avante 866 GTS from Newport Caravans. Scott in sales was extremely attentive, and despite being over 3 hours from our home, the whole process was well organised, and the handover spot on. Every aspect of the caravan was explained well by Bob. All services were hooked up to ensure everything worked. So far after sales service has also been good, despite the distance from us. We liked the Newport's GTS spec of this van, but were worried about buying and trading in, this far away from home. We needn't have been. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I recently bought a MoHo from Newport Caravans and I can't recommend them highly enough :) Lee (sales) was BRILLIANT throughout the process, highly responsive to messages / questions, and very good with information provision. Carl did very very well on the 'hab handover,' the shop staff were very friendly / efficient and I am a thoroughly satisfied customer. For those that know me, they know THAT doesn't happen often. I have had nothing to do with this organisation before. Will pop in for a cuppa when passing. WELL DONE ALL ! :)

Had a number of upgrades done to my new Bailey Autograph, nothing was too much trouble, very polite, helpful and informative.



Work completed to a very high standard, I look forward to a long relationship with their parts and servicing department, starting tomorrow,

Bob the despatcher explained everything about my new van and Mr Lynch the Director helped me hitch my new van up. What a superb team effort. This is the second new van I have bought from Newport Caravans and wouldn't go else where. I would highly recommend Newport Caravans to anyone. Well done all the team at Newport Caravans !!!! Me and Newport Caravans did not exactly hit it off after purchase of a new 'van. Made my thoughts known through FB and gave the company a single star. HOWEVER, they have now jumped to a 4 - why - I had a warranty issue which due to its nature could have dragged on for yonks. The company saw fit to reimburse me following a financial outlay and they will pursue their own reimbursement. Thank you Newport Carvans.

Purchased my caravan 10 months ago, now after having a service have been told that I need new tyres !! Was I sold the caravan with inferior tyres?? Have I been putting my familyŌĆÖs life at risk? I have just agreed to have 2 new tyres fitted (more money for them!), what else can I do?? Be wary when buying from Newport Caravans as I feel even with a warranty I have been caught out!!!

Having bought 5 caravans from newport with Scott who is brilliant our last van elddis 554 nothing but faults for a year fobbed off all the time by the owners would recommend stowford in stead had great service from them
