Buzzing day at Lysaght at our MBS Fayre! Thank you, team! Carol, June, Linda, Marion, Steve, George, Ally, Dawn E, Tony, Chris, Mat, Gaynor, Rhian, all helped to make it a fab day! Lost count of the number of people who thanked me and said it is the best fayre they come to! How lovely is that!

Newport Holism Centre had a wonderful day at Greenmeadow Golf Club AWAKEN MBS show yesterday! Met up with some lovely people and re-engaged with known souls, lovely day!

Owing to the semi-retirement of the founder of Newport Holism Centre, George Stone, we are looking for a new voluntary management team to enable Newport Holism Centre to move forward into the future. We need help with the weekly running of the Centre, with training of spiritual healers, appearances at Fayres and organisation of our own two annual fayres. We were hoping to put this in place in 2018 but busy circumstances prevented this till now. We are looking to known members... of the organisation to step forward to offer a reliable and committed role in Newport Holism Centre. A meeting has been organised at 6pm on Tuesday 12th February at Langstone Village Main Hall to discuss this. If you want to help, please come along!

Newport Holism Centre had its Christmas Social evening on Tuesday evening and there was quite a lot of food left over, we all brought some food. I was asked to donate most of the left over food to the homeless in Newport Town Centre as I am volunteering at the Grotto in the Kingsway Centre every day. Well I went out around lunchtime to see if I could do this, the only two people I found didn’t want it; one because she had loads of food in carrier bags and she said it would only waste and the other because he said he had eaten! Took it all back to the Grotto at the Kingsway Centre! I was shocked! Anyway, went out later about 4pm to try again and this time I was able to find more people and distributed it out between them, they took what they wanted and they were very grateful.

Newport Holism Centre will be Closed from Tuesday 11th December (social evening) until Tuesday 8th January 2019. We wish you all a very happy & peaceful Christmas & many Blessings for the New Year.
