Do you find yourself out of breath when you play with the kids? After a fantastic #WorldCup, they are probably feeling inspired to get out and kick a ball, but if you are a smoker, then joining them isn't that simple.
So why not give up for good? It's hard to quit smoking, but the rewards are endless. For help and advice on kicking the habit, check out NHS stop smoking services here: https://bit.ly/2GYyo7W

It's #FRACRO in the #worldcupfinal today! It should be a great match, so make sure you don't ruin it by drinking too much this afternoon.

Coming off the back of our launch event, it is fantastic to hear that the three CCGs that have come together to form our new organisation have received a 'good' rating in the NHS England annual assessment.
We are proud of the hard work that our colleagues have put in to achieve this, and we have a renewed sense of optimism for the future of our new CCG, with such a strong foundation to work from. Family holidays are a great time to relax together, but it’s not unusual for someone to have a minor injury or go down with an illness. If you are staying away from home in the UK and need medical advice or an appointment you can ring NHS111 24/7. Clinical staff are on hand, and the service can also make an appointment near your holiday home if appropriate. #Staywell

Cancer is a scary word, and if you have any questions or concerns about it, it can be hard to find the answers. To try and make things easier for you, Macmillan Cancer Support mobile information will be coming to #Birmingham and #Solihull this week.
They will be at Chelmsley Wood Asda on Thursday 12 July from 9am-4pm, and the Fort Shopping Park on Friday 13 July from 9:30am-4:30pm. It's a drop-in service, with no appointments required, so why not go along, or visit their website to find out more: https://bit.ly/2bNZNdc

If you are starting to believe that #itscominghome, then you may be having a few games of football yourself. Just make sure that if you get an injury, you are taking care of it properly.
