Went here for the first time with my daughter, fabulous atmosphere, lovely decor, good choice menu, some different dishes. We had the avacado brunch which was well presented and delicious. Staff really friendly , all in all a fabulous experience, will definitely recommend to my friends and can’t wait to go again.

We love coming to the Novello Lounge for a drink as we can bring our dog Benji. There isn't many places you can take dog's nowadays . Benji likes to sit near the door watching whose coming and going . The snacks and water bowls for the dog's are a nice touch as it stops them from boring holes in people with their eye's if they are having a meal.

We eat here quite often, have never had an issue. Always great service, staff are lovely. Atmosphere and decor is fantastic. Have visited a few times just me and my baby and the girls if I've been giving my baby a bottle are always so helpful, will gone and take my order at the table or carry over my drink for me. Great place to eat and drink!

We both really enjoyed our lunch here yesterday and appreciate anywhere with a vegan menu. We’ve been to sister restaurant in Didsbury but this was so much better in every way. Attentive staff, tasty, fresh ingredients in a clean, funky decorated restaurant. It was pretty busy at lunchtime but didn’t seem rushed and food and drinks arrived quickly.

I had a lovely birthday lunch in here yesterday with my daughter and grandson. We have been several times before and love the place. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Yesterday was no exception. Due to the weather and difficulty in getting supplies there were a few things missing from the menu which the staff were very appologetic about. But as always the food was lovely. Thank you all at The Novello Lounge

Great customer service on Saturday. There was a mixup with our order, but staff went above and beyond to put it right, even though they were rushed off their feet, they were very attentive checking on us several times to ensure we were ok. We will definitely be returning, thanks guys �

Good space with a great atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and excel in customer service. The food is absolutely delightful, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner! Fab choice, fabulous prices, 100% recommend.

Came in with my 2 kids and husband. Had the chilli and it was the best I've eaten for a long long time. All the food was amazing. Staff were amazing too.

Been here on numerous occasions and not had a bad meal yet. Good choice of drinks and funky relaxed vibe, great that dogs are welcome too. Keep up the good work!

We went on Sunday the 28th April for my granddaughters birthday . I really liked it ,the staff were very good and the food was good . There is a really good selection of gluten free food , which is brilliant as two members of my family have coeliac disease. The reason I have only put 4 stars as there was no Fish and chips and no gammon on the menu. We would definitely go again !!!!

Have eaten at this place before , always nice . Thursday not good food ok waitress rubbish , I couldn’t drink out of the filthy glass I had been given so asked for another one ( to be told I’m on my own) felt unwelcome waited in queue to pay for TINY bit of balsamic vinegar so went to waitress to give her £1 as we had already paid for everything else , to be told I’m busy , shame I like this lounge

Drink selection was poor I thought, no Bicardi, pink Gin, Tia Maria or even J20 that our group wanted. But that said couldn’t fault the staff or decor

The staff were hands down amazing but the food was pants

I ordered a vegan breakfast but was not told until the food was served that they no longer do the vegan sausage that's clearly on the menu and then it came out with some halloumi cheese thing. I only know because I asked what the hell it was. The waitress even looked a bit confused when I said it was supposed to be vegan (which I specified when I ordered) She brought me out a replacement with falafels (which is apparently what replacing the sausages) and I got a drink on the house. Everything was over salted. My friend ordered a child's meal for her little girl and even that had far too much salt on it. Left feeling completely under whelmed and won't be going back.

Ordered food at 1211hrs table 6.....still no food at 1320hrs.



Asked for money back and have gone elsewhere.....



On numerous other visits food great, service good ...



Come on Novello lounge you need to advise customers at the time of ordering approximate wait time...

you will need to up your game before another visit...

Cocktails were good however service was appalling, sent a message to head office and it appears their idea of customer service is similar. Very disappointed.
