We always get a costa coffee when we go to the cinema, service was great and I can collect points on my odean card. There is a good selection of coffee and teas to choose from. It is always clean and tidy and the staff polite.

Have never had a bad experience yet , staff are friendly & helpful. Toilets are always clean & have toilet paper in them, not always the case at a much bigger cinema not too far from Tamworth. Only slight downer was they don't do the white chocolate & raspberry creamy coolers any more??? Loved them

Everyone needs to come see this event. Excellent local talent in a bright open cafe with plenty of support �

I have read a couple of the reviews and i have to say i agree that the sound is quite tinny, but plenty of space and comfortable chairs, still the best cinema coplex in south staffs

Costa in a cinema, works for me. screen was empty as well so had it pretty much to myself. nice and clean comfy seats, all good

Stupidly expensive for early in the week i am from out of town but not worth it

Over priced , cold , no room as the man behind us kept kicking the chair all the way through the film even though he was in premier section with extra room !! not even an apologie when we asked to stop, air con was on all the way through the film it’s bloody winter 😂 warmer outside

It's the only time I'm happy to be disabled on the way in I had to use the male toilets the smell was rancid after the fill I used my radar key to get into the disabled toilet it was spotless and was very pleasant smelling. The staff told me there was nothing they could do about the male loos it's down to a building fault

I was In room 5 1st thing I noticed was the horrible musty smell not nice also thought the sound system seemed to sound tinny � also no one to check tickets so anyone could of walked in without paying
