Jogged to this pub on a uni social having grazed my knee quite badly- brilliant member of staff Amelia not only sorted me out with top quality speedy first aid so I could finish my run, but did so in an incredibly kind compassionate manner (thanks for the extra wipes). Rare to see genuine people like this behind a bar these days!!! Thanks again!

Great pub with the cheapes priced of alcohol. Wine £8.99 a bottle, largers £2.15 a pint, cider £2.15 a pint and bitter £2.15 a pint. Food is well priced as well.

We had a lovely meal at The Old Clarence in Earlsdon last night. We had been once before. It is a nice clean pub and restaurant. Very good food for a fair price. We found it a lovely place to visit with a lovely garden area too. The young lady behind the bar who also took our order for dessert was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Such a varied menu and some deals. We will definately be returning.

The last time I reviewed it was slightly (but not massively!) negative. However, since then it has improved a lot. There seems to have been a staff change up and it's much friendlier :-) Can see the effort being made to improve it, can we suggest family disco's for bank holidays? A good pub with great potential, keep going!!

Great pub with lovely service and the meal we had was great value.

Food was good and hot very good value staff were friendly and very efficient will definitely go back soon
