WE ARE HIRING!
As I am due to have a baby in the next couple of months, we could really use an extra pair of hands! We are looking for a part time Barista/Shop Assistant to join us at our coffee shop. As Barista/Shop Assistant, you will be part of a small dynamic team, working in a very fast paced but enjoyable environment. You must be enthusiastic, energetic and have a hard working can-do attitude. You must provide excellent customer service and be willing to get involved in... all aspects of the day-to-day shop operations, maintaining the highest standards along the way. You will be required to take part in every aspect of work that the shop has to offer: cleaning, making all of the drinks and the food, baking the fresh cakes, serving customers, keeping a clean and tidy front of house, cashing up, opening and closing up, and any other task that may present itself. Prior experience would be an advantage, but not entirely necessary as full training can be given. The role is for 3 days a week, primarily week days but you must also be flexible on other days and weekends to cover holidays and sickness. This job is hard work, but incredibly rewarding. We have all made some wonderful friends and really embedded ourselves in our local community. It’s great to be a part of something that so many local people enjoy. Visited today with my best friend who lives in Rugby and has been a few times as she knows the owner. Olivia and the ladies provide great service and good food. I had a panini with bacon,cranberry and Brie and chocolate cake. I also wasn't in the mood for a coffee so had a fruit tea in which they had a wide range of the tea pig teas available as well as cold drinks available. Such a lovely place to visit if you live or are visiting Rugby I shall be going back. Well done liv on setting up your business you have done a great job x

Excellent Service and very Lovely Ladies looking after our every need.

The Tea was endless and the sandwiches were delicious. The goats cheese and caramelised onion mini quiches were a real treat for the tastebuds! The scones were so fresh and light and fluffy and the miniature puddings were a treat for the eyes and for the palate........

Thank you very much for a really lovely afternoon spent with you!

We will definitely be coming back to see you again soon ���������

Also the water for the dog.

Great place to sit and relax with great food.

Only just found this place today - had lovely quiche & salad and latte. There were two salads being prepared on the counter and they looked absolutely delicious too!



It's so lovely to find somewhere that has a nicely balanced menu (healthy mains and naughty cakes) of freshly prepared food. We'll be back!

Olivia's hosted my sisters baby shower for us, There were 14 of us. The afternoon tea we had was delicious and the unlimited selection of drinks is a bonus. Very friendly staff and a lovely clean venue. Nice and cosy for a party this size. Cannot thank you enough, all the ladies enjoyed themselves and the place looked wonderful. Definitely recommend this place if organising an event.

My 13yr old daughter and her 2 friends went for lunch here and had fantastic service and she hasn't stopped raving how lovely the food and hot chocolate was. Thank you, not many places are happy to have unaccompanied teenagers, they will be returning and I'll be making a visit myself �

Fantastic that there were highchairs and definitely baby friendly. Love the decor too. We will be back very soon!

Fantastic coffee house, beautifully decorated and a warm friendly welcome, a fabulous array of food, sweet or savoury, and a great range of drinks, Olivia's also has the best changing facilities I've ever seen, large, perfectly clean toilet with changing table and even nappies & wipes for if you are unexpectedly caught out by your little one!

Lovely range of books too to keep children & adults entertained.

Delayed but much needed review - Visited here for the first time last month for a birthday treat for my friend, We absolutely loved it!! The unlimited selection of drinks is brilliant - meaning you’re not limited to just tea or coffee and only 1 drink, we had milkshakes and they were lovely! Accommodated us very well as we both don’t like salmon � the food was amazing!! The best thing by far, for myself, was the little warm cinnamon roll - literally the best thing I’ve possibly ever tasted! Great selection of goodies, and a decent amount too!! Ladies in there were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us and anyone in there, will definitely be returning - for any excuse possible ������

I couldn’t have been more wrong! The savoury spread was amazing (more than I could eat!) and the dairy free beetroot and chocolate fudge cake was to die for! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back!

This is the first disappointing review I have written. We turned up for our afternoon tea after booking two weeks ago to find our booking was not in the book, they did fit us in though. We were there 1 hour 45mins, had our first drink brought to us 30 mins after arrival. I then asked for more drinks, said they would come back, 35 mins later another lady who had just walked in to work served us.I had never done an afternoon tea before and didn’t know what to expect. I thought they would let you know what was going to be in the selection before hand incase if allergies or dislikes but I was wrong. One small pud had blueberries on ( which I’m allergic too) but luckily Mum ate them both. The cakes were nice but the amount of sandwich slices were disappointing.

Sorry but not as pleasant visit as I had anticipated.

Great coffee, nice waffles, friendly staff. Downside - disappointed with the cleanliness. Surprised with it being about 10am all the leather chairs had an accumulation of crumbs and grime gathered in the rim around the edge. The high chair was dirty and food on the floor. Sorry guys poor show.
