What a lovely gift and message we received from a family this week. We are beyond grateful that they took the time out to make this beautiful heart for us! WeŌĆÖre so privileged to be trusted to care for people during one of lifeŌĆÖs most challenging times.

We were so touched to receive this beautiful card and candle - lovely motivation on a cold morning Ōś║’ĖÅŌØż’ĖÅ

Today Jack is conveying a loved-one to Heathrow airport to be repatriated to their homeland in Nigeria. ItŌĆÖs a privilege to care for all families, both near and far, to bring some comfort during such a difficult time.

Today we travelled over to the beautiful Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Fathers of Nicea in Shrewsbury to conduct a service for a much-loved Husband, Dad and Grandad.

YesterdayŌĆÖs beautiful skies driving through Cannock Chase at the specific request of a family. We are so lucky to have such a picturesque place on our doorstep. ­¤ī│­¤ī▓­¤Źé

We began our day with an early morning service at Lichfield and District Crematorium. We then cared for another family in Sutton Coldfield and received a lovely card of thanks for our services. ItŌĆÖs so satisfying to know that we helped make a difficult time that little bit easier.

We are always so grateful for the kind reviews and messages we receive from families. We believe there is no better way to showcase our familyŌĆÖs business than by sharing what those who we have cared for say about our company.

We were so grateful to receive such a thoughtful card and lovely box of chocolates from a family we cared for last week. (Although the chocolates wonŌĆÖt last five minutes ­¤śé) the satisfaction of knowing we made a difference will always stay with us ŌØż’ĖÅ

Today Jack had the privilege of delivering the eulogy on behalf of a family. We pride ourselves on our personal relationships with those we serve so we can give the highest quality care and service.

We recently had the misfortune of having to use a funeral directors luckily for us someone told us about O'Malley's i have to say the service they provided was outstanding they take extra special care of everything as if it was one of their own family members they where dealing with making things a lot easier for us to deal with in our very sad time and at very competitive prices.

It's difficult to put into words how good you was and how much it meant to us all thank you very much for everything you done xxx.

This company is so good. Made my traumatic time bearable when my husband died unexpectedly. The sympathy and respect shown was second to none. I have nothing but praise for Jack and his brother. No hidden charges, no extra unexpected costs. So much easier when you know exactly what the cost is and in the case of this company, inexpensive but still giving a high cost service.

The funeral of my mam Joan Neal was lovely today and we canŌĆÖt thank Jack and and his family for the care and attention to detail in the funeral today. They were very attentive and made the occasion run smoothly.Thanks again for a lovely send off for my mam .

Jack and the team were so helpful and supportive we just wanted to take time to give them a bit of a review.



It's been over 3 months since Jack helped us arrange Rogers funeral. Everything they did for us was absolutely amazing; they were patient and respectful without being emotionless. They came to our house several times to go over details and answer our questions. They did not put any pressure on us in any way so we felt like we could do things in our own time.



They offered us so much help with completing paperwork and what to do to find support with costs.



We were worried that we would be obliged to have some sort of overly formal, pre-packaged service but that was not the case at all. They were so accommodating and encouraging. They really took the time to get to know us and the character of Roger. The end result was something personal and unique.



They understood that whilst we didnŌĆÖt want a religious ceremony, we didnŌĆÖt want a non-spiritual ceremony either. Martin Jinx was an excellent Celebrant. He totally understood what we needed and really helped to convey the right mood and character.



They have also been kind enough to stay in touch with us. Impressive to think that OŌĆÖMalleyŌĆÖs had only been open for a week at the time.

Jack and Luke are the most caring considerate young gentlemen working in this progression. My mum and myself would of been lost with the passing of my stepdad if not for Jack who has been brilliant throughout. Thankyou so much. Pat mills and Marina .x

Jack O'Malley has to be the most perfect person for this job. He is so caring and compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure he has everything right and just the way you want it. He has cared for two of our loved one's and he was amazing, he answered all our questions made suggestions to help us through such a difficult time I don't know what we would of done without him. We have made a life long friend. He is still looking after my husband's ashes while he's waiting for me so Jack's already got my business. Good luck my lovely in your New venture your gonna be amazing. xxxxx

I've been trying to write a review on Jack and what he's done for us but there isn't enough words. He is caring and kind. Having to bury my dad an nan within a few months of each other it was a very difficult time. He went above and beyond. I can't praise him enough. Lovley genuine guy who actually cares about the families.

I would like to say a big thank you to Jack and his team at OŌĆÖMalley for a wonderful funeral of my late Nan and theyŌĆÖre did a good job of looking after her and I couldnŌĆÖt be more happy than iam.

I have not yet had to use them but from what iv seen been told by friend's and the comments that have been made they will be the one for me and My family when our time comes bless you all

I Would like to thank Jack and Luke for being so professional and words of compassion came to mind when at a difficult time we faced over Christmas Eve last year losing someone close to our hearts and Jack was on hand to help us on the day of the funeral and the Wilkes Family want to say a big Thank You .

After losing my Dad so suddenly everything was spinning you were recommended to us and it was the best thing that happened. You took the burden of arrangements off my shoulders and you were there for every silly question that I had. The personal touch was astounding it was like my Dad was a part of your family too. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and dedicated hard work you were all astounding so again thank you so much .
