Oswestry Half Marathon

Would like to congratulate the organisers and everyone who was involved in the Oswestry Half Marathon thoroughly enjoyed the day. Fantastic support from the marshals and locals along the route. To have our medals presented to us by the Mayor topped it all. Will be back next year

Well organised, friendly encouraging marshalls, lots for the spectators to do whilst waiting for the runners to return, free very helpful massage, fab tech t shirt and the blingiest medal ever.

Very good run great location easy to get to, and well organised Thankyou to the organisers and volunteers for a very enjoyable event, fantastic support from the locals thankyou Oswestry.

This was my first half marathon and what an amazing first impression! Organisation was great with awesome mile markers! Staff, Marshalls and all involved were so supportive with locals cheering on runners along the course! Some even with drinks and sweets outside their houses, so lovely to see. Really kept me going! The medals are fantastic. Ironworks have done a great job. Great work from all �

Great well organised event. Mile markers were fab and Marshalling superb. The support from the locals was fabulous with people offering water and sweets en route. Medal was superb as was course. Only little niggle was the finish line being on a hill on deep grass would suggest changing that for next time. But overall a fantastic event. Congratulations to the organisers

Can't fault the venue and by far the cleanest loos I've ever seen at a run! Superbly well organised, everyone was friendly and lovely. The grounds were beautiful. I would not hesitate to run this lovely course again. I think the only niggle would be the traffic ignoring the road closures.

Brilliant atmosphere with pre race warm up and plenty for family to do. Lovely route with support from crowds and marshalls along the way. Thanks for a wonderful race

A fantastic well organised event. The route was great, well marshalled & the support from the locals along the route was also superb! The venue of the British Ironworks is just amazing in itself! Well done to all involved, I'll definitely be there next year �
