Well, my pedigree chums, an absolutely fantastic first day back at the Bookstall after the Xmas holidays. I was going to post pics of some of the fantastic new items that went in but I am afraid it was such good stuff it all sold straight away! Anyways, onto more important matters... U.K.Subs (I mean, THE UK F***ING SUBS!!) are playing Redrum right opposite the Bookstall on Saturday 12th Jan!! I'm GOING!! - u.v.

Happy New Year everyone! While away from the Bookstall I've been having a crafty read of this book before it goes into stock when I return after the Christmas holidays. It's absolutely fantastic. Really beautifully written biopic. This is just one of some superb new stuff that will be up for sale, which will include more books, CD's and vinyl. Plus a nice few bits of memorabilia dotted about here and there. Thanks for all the support - to those folk who drop into the stall,... those who have supplied me with some fantastic stuff - and also to those many miles away who just support the page here. Well, it's been a fantastic first few months here at the Bookstall, my pedigree chums. Muchas gracias to you all. These last couple of weeks have been busy, to say the least! For Xmas my Marvel and DC comics have bombed out, I'm down to my last few. After today I'll be closed for the holidays until 3rd January. See you all in the new year!

WiFi has been down all day at the Bookstall today, my pedigree chums. I'm home now. The stall has received a number of American visitors as I go into my 6th month. Yesterday saw another one, Zoe from Los Angeles, who said: "You've got such a cool stall. Every corner you look there's something else!" That was my vision and how I try to keep it. This past couple of weeks run up to Crimbo has wiped me out though - sold much of my most interesting items. Will need to replenish... in the new year. Zoe and her boyfriend James bought Joy Division stuff and 1970s Marvel comics. Muchas gracias, my pedigree chums!

Friends of Outlaw Books #3. Joseph is one of my young cool-kid customers. He started coming in when I first opened before leaving for university in London where he's doing Music Journalism. Great to see him back for Xmas and to hear he's really enjoying his course. Buys Bukowski and... Of course... Music stuff!

Just a few doors away from the Bookstall, folks, is the Stafford FM studio. Always playing some fantastic tunes for me to get set up to. Bookstall open today as well, my pedigree chums.

Yes, it's Sunday but I am open since Christmas is coming. And at the Bookstall today, even though I say so myself, wearing white I look like the Christmas angel!
