Would highly recommend! We visited today based on personal recommendation from others and were not disappointed. Easy to book an appointment, lovely friendly, helpful staff and loads of dresses to choose from. Relaxed and unpressurised experience, we spent over an hour but there was no rush. Left with a beautiful dress bought and a happy daughter. ’┐Į’┐Į

Went straight to Pandoras for my daughter's prom dresses after purchasing my elder daughter's one a few years ago. Not disappointed, service, staff and dresses second to none. Beth attentive and helpful giving my twins both her attention to ensure they had just the right dress. Would definitely recommend, can't wait to collect the dresses. Well done Beth, made my afternoon a lot easier.

We visited your shop looking for prom dresses and was assisted by Siobhan who was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, curtious and knew excatly what style and colour would look great for my daughter will deffo be back !!!

We had never heard of the shop before visiting but found it when doing a google search so decided to book an appointment even though it was a little bit out of the way. But we are so glad we did! The service was fantastic from start to finish and the 1-1 assistance is a great idea. We were assisted by Millie and she was amazing and the dress she recommended ended up being the one my granddaughter loved the most! CouldnŌĆÖt recommend this shop enough especially if you are lucky enough to be helped by Millie, she did not rush us and spoke directly to my 16 year old daughter rather than over her head.

We booked an appointment after doing a little research online, we were a little late which was no problem to the team at all. We had a friendly greeting and we were introduced to Siobhan, we were lead upstairs and I was offered a drink straight away. My daughter wasnŌĆÖt entirely sure what she was after, we were asked to pick out a few then Siobhan said if they werenŌĆÖt quite right she would pick out what she thought would be good after she got a feel from my daughters comments.

We had a fun afternoon in a friendly, calm, clean atmosphere, other members of staff popped in and said how lovely my daughter looked. We have ordered The Dress ’┐Į and I would highly recommend you to others. Thank you Siobhan you made what could be a stressful event into a really lovely experience ’┐Į xx

Travelled all the way down from Yorkshire to see the collection and wasnŌĆÖt disappointed! After trying on lots and lots of dresses in various designs and colours my daughter ended up buying the first one she had tried on in the end!! We were served by Beth and she gave us complete attention , nothing was too much trouble taking dresses out of the window and off mannequins!! Felt very happy leaving the shop with the choice we had made. Thankyou so much xx

The thought of prom dress shopping with my notoriously fussy teenage daughter filled me with dread. We were shown around and left for a few minutes to pick out a few dresses to try on after only picking 1 black dress (my daughter's go to colour) the lovely Millie advised us on some colours that may suit my daughter's colouring. I cannot over state how lovely the staff are here especially Millie who not only made it enjoyable but gave us some great advice and we came away with smiles on our faces and a prom dress that my daughter absolutely loves. A massive thank you Pandora and especially Millie.

Made an appointment on line they came straight back to me , when we arrived everyone was so friendly , my daughter is very shy and isnŌĆÖt used to wearing dresses of any kind our assistant made her feel at ease so much so she even came out of the changing room where other staff members also told her how lovely she looked which gave her much needed confidence siobhan was with us from start to finish , she helped grace so much , I never thought we would find anything but siobhan seemed to tune into what grace liked I would always come here now no where else comes close fab staff friendly and caring I will definitely come again in two years time when my other daughter has her prom

I came a couple of weeks ago with my daughter, for a prom dress. My daughter had an idea of what she wanted and Siobhan helped us through out the appointment with looking for dresses to try on. Siobhan was fabulous, very efficient and excellent customer service. My daughter chose her dress with the help of Siobhan. Had an appointment today to look for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding next year. Booking process was very easy and flexible. Excellent customer service from the lovely Beth who was very chatty and friendly. She dedicated a lot of time to helping my bridesmaids find the perfect dress and made the process really easy and smooth and explained everything really well. Look forward to future visits to the store when going for alterations and to look for a flower girl dress!

Booked an appointment online for today, my daughter doesnŌĆÖt like wearing dresses & only wanted something plain, Molly, one of the shop assistants was so helpful & helped us choose some dresses which were perfect for my daughter. She was so helpful when she tried them on & found one which was perfect & my daughter looked beautiful. Booked an appointment for today 21st Jan for my rather unenthusiastic daughter to go for a prom dress luckily she seen one online we were helped by Molly, who showed my daughter were to go we were able to pick various dresses , she tried them on with Molly on hand to help do the dresses up etc, and there was no pressure after trying dresses on let us have family time to chat and decide. Even though it was the first choice of dress that won . But big thanks to Molly for making the situation stress free.

A week ago I had my prom and I absolutely loved it! I chose my prom dress at Pandoras fashion show which they hosted in October and they were absolutely amazing with the process and didnŌĆÖt rush me at all when it came to me trying my dress on...

After the fashion show I had at least 4 fittings which helped ensure my dress fitted perfectly with the shoes I had chosen etc... Also the seamstress is amazing at Pandoras she made my dress perfect to fit and comfortable to walk in! Thankyou for making my night so special’┐Į
