Papa John'S Pizza

The "best ever tasting pizza, very welcoming staff and looks like the management got lot better since my last visit. Cheers guys, keep up the good work

One of the best pizza, service and quality in town. They have drastic change recently, worth try it and specially Lunch pizza for £5.99 (large one) with 2 toppings compare to others 1 topping for same price.

Love the pizzas from here much nicer than any other pizzas. Lovely lady in charge very friendly and helpful.

Ordered online - no tracking available or estimated delivery time, not even a confirmation email. Our pizza arrived an hour and 40 minutes after ordering and there was no BBQ sauce on our BBQ pizza. Whilst I've been honoured a free pizza for next time and your customer service both when we rang store and on Facebook was fantastic, it's always nicer to not have to complain and just have my pizza right first time. First time I've used Papa John's and whilst my friends rave about it, I'm not convinced it's all that

Me and my partner have ordered from here twice. The second time we ordered we were told you didn't have something and so asked of there was something else we wanted we didnt. They said they wouldnt charge us for it and only for the pizza but you did charge us the full amount not happy.

Just had papa johns for the 1st time as im usually a dominos lover.....we ordered 2 large pizzas both luke warm.....1 was the american hot yet i didn't have 1 jalapeño to each slice so it was far from hot....we also ordered 2 portions of HOT buffalo wings...i have had hotter BBQ wings they were shocking.....safe to say i will be returning to Domino's

What a Load of shit ordered online got order confirmed waited 1 1/2 hr nothing called shop so unhelpful still have nothing and lost £20

Well first time ordering from Papa Johns and have to say will never again! Over an hour delivery then turns up with half the order missing!.... Food returned and getting a full refund!

We have just waited 1:40 minutes for our pizzas and a frozen pizza would have been better, appalling customer service, disgusting quality, cold, over cooked crust, dried out in greediness, no cheese and appeared to have been cooked at least 3 times and as a very hungry Mum to a little baby, my disappointment and my Mum and Sister's knows no bounds - the customer service in response was reprehensible and we will not be using them again ever - the cooks will have known that they were over cooked before sending them out to sit in a car for an hour - hugely overpriced... What a huge let-down on what should have been a rare night off from cooking...

Waited over an hour for our pizza order when It come was dry and cold, sides where still raw and no bottle of 7up as we had ordered, rang up to complain had to answer 100 questions like could I describe the delivery boy ect. Replacement meal come and was just not enjoyable as wedges were not cooked and pizza just poor quality :( too late to ring again so we give up. The dog enjoyed it to be fair.

Terrible. The crust and bottom were really badly burnt will definatly be sticking with dominoes tastes better and cheaper.

Service is crap ordered pizza went to pick it up and had to wait over half hour , and the delivery drivers are complete knobs pulling wheelies get a grip of ur staff

Really poor visit, 45 minutes wait for a pizza order in store, when we finally got it (the order had gone missing) pizza was really doughy base, tried all pieces, different tastes on them, the pizza ended up in the bin.... really disappointed with this store. The young lady on the front was so apolgetic about the wait, she is a cedit to the company, its a shame it can't be said for other staff - when she asked where my order was she was told not there problem, - Not a place I would hury back to

Ordered my first Papa john today, took 90 minutes to come, however on a positive side the bloke delivering the pizza was very polite and the pizza's were very nice, just a shame it took twice along as a Pizza Hut delivery

Not quite sure how you can get blacklisted from Papa Johns just because THEY couldn't get 2 out of 4 previous orders right and don't want the potential "risk" of having to do re-orders in the future! And to be spoken to so appallingly by one of their staff members who thought he was being clever to respond with sarcastic remarks... I think you need to re-look at your customer service training!

First order with Papa John's and will also be the last! Waited far too long for delivery. 1hour after ordered got told had just left would be with me in 15 mins.... Looking forward to receiving cold food over an hour after ordering from my first order then! Thanks but no thanks Papa!!!
