Papa John'S Pizza

Just had my first papa johns and it was amazing!! I had a cheese pizza with bacon (it's the best thing I've ever had in my mouth) my partner had the works and he literally stood up got all the other takeaway menus we have and threw them away. Papa Johns is the only place for us now when we have our little treat.

I just had your pizza from you and it was amazing! Thank you very much for the quality of your product, all the little extras, and all of that in the same price range as in other ordinary pizza places that don't offer even half of what you offer and provide.

so as everyone can see it is 5pm. I have just rang Papa johns for them to tell me that the offer ends at 5pm.



number one the post states 6pm. you can not mislead people..

then I get told to order online? it states go in store with valid ID!



I am a very disappointed customer! to then be told a manager will ring me which I did not receive a call? you can not state to people 6pm then I get told 5pm on the phone? #papajohns #papajohnstrench #absolutejoke

Worst ever time ordering pizza and will not be ordering again 7:50pm placed a order online 9:15 I rang to see where my delivery was i was then told by someone who clearly didn't no what was going on someone had been to my door when i had no Knock on the door they then said he could make me a new one or send that one back out i said send that one back out as I been waiting 1hour 30 mins the agreed 10:10 still no pizza I spoke to a manager again who seemed to not no what was going on told me my food was on the side been cooked fresh what I didn't ask for i was then told the driver was going to bring it strait away I then just rand at 10 40 and was told my food was still on the side and then told me they waiting on and driver but tring to tell me it's on way but no 3 hour wait and still no pizza

We placed an order today at 17:45, money was taken as we paid online.



At 18:30 we had a call explaining that delivery would be 2HRS!!, would we like to wait or collect. We chose neither and cancelled the order.



This is not acceptable, to wait 45 minutes to phone us saying delivery would be another 2 hours is a complete joke. Not Happy

Waited for over an hour for my pizzas and on calling got told they were busy and it would arrive soon. A total 1.20 hrs waiting time, ridiculous! Second time they have let me down. Not happy!

To be honest it’s zero star review Awful service lied to by Chad the so called manager , very rude , will never order again .We were Told the driver was at our door even tho he was not and arrived 8 minutes later . Pizza was sliced in disproportionate pieces to be told well it is hand sliced and it as cold . Manger just did not want to know , dominos from now on !!!

This was a bad experience for me was lied to at 1905 saying my pizza I had left the store I wanted to add to the order however my pizza had not arrived at 1945 so called the store and was told it had only just left now don't like being lied to back to Dominos for me

The worst food we have ever tasted. Chicken wings where not fully cooked and pizza was cold. Pizza didn't even look like the pictures on the menu. Very disappointed.



We did give feed back through the main website and they gave us a voucher for a free pizza. Not really what we needed really. A Sorry would have been good.



Won't be ordering again from you

Ordered ages ago terrible service cold food after an hours wait. Told a manager was not available and would call back, never did. Tried it one more time and again slow delivery (1.5 hrs +) only only arrived like warm. Never again!

Not even a 1* ordered it and they told me and my friend that it would be half an hour - got there 1 hour and 15 minutes later still no sign after 2 phones calls of 'I don't know where it is' the last phone call we got was that the driver was pulled over by the police! The only option they had was to re cook one and bring it back out which would take another hour - we didn't have time for this as we were at a presentation evening and so had to leave it! Not impressed!

My pizza came after 1.5 hrs and arrived cold. Wedges were not even cooked, raw potato. They forgot the drink and never came back to bring it. Inedible food. Called to complain to be told it would be 2 hours before a replacement could be brought out. Not even an apology. Then to be told as I paid with PayPal I can't have money back. Joke if a pizza place. I suggest people collect from pizza hut or get dominos. This is not the first time I have had these issues.

Last time we ordered Papa John's pizzas I was doing cartwheels and regarded them as some of the best local takeaway pizzas I'd ever eaten. Thoroughly impressed we have now just ordered 2 XXL pizzas which arrived cool and lack lustre, deprived of toppings and appeal, one slice was completely baron of anything and was literally just bare dough! At £21.49 my expectations are high! Very disappointed and won't be using again.

It's hard to even put into words how inadequate your service is. I ordered a pizza last week from your Telford store. After leaving me on hold for ten minutes the man then took over twenty minutes to take my order as he did not know how to use the computer or anything that was on the menu. He then quoted over double the cost of what it should have been and we had to start again. I then collected the pizza which was not ready when I got there but the sides were, which meant the pizza was hot but the sides were cold by the time I got home. Worse still the pizza bore no resemblance to what I had ordered. I phoned several times to try and complain but no one answered the phone. I then phoned the next day and spoke to the manager who Informed me I would have to phone back 9 hours later when he had had time to investigate what had gone wrong. When I phoned back he informed me he would give me one free side and a large pizza, I pointed out they had ruined two sides and XXL pizza he said there is nothing more I can do, I then asked for the head office number he told me to google it but would put a XXL pizza on as a gesture of good will. I phoned to redeem my free pizza tonight to be informed by a member of staff I had been Black listed for complaining!!!! So to summarise you got the order wrong refused to replace or refund me and then have blacklisted me. This is quite literally fraud, selling something under false advertisement and then furthermore falling way short of your famous satisfaction guarantee. Hopefully it's just the one store that is such a disgrace. I expect a form of reply within 24hours.

I think Steve wonder must have cut my pizza. This much also account for th r lack of pepperoni on my double pepperoni pizza, also driver "forgot" bottle of tango at the shop.

I have just waited 2 hours for one pizza and it still didn't arrive. I live no more than 3 minutes drive but they could not find my house. Order was placed at 1930 I rang at least 5 times and eventually the order got cancelled. Terrible terrible service.

How rude, I called up to ask if they still did a certain pizza, for probably 5 seconds, however the individual with the bad attitude grumbles ‘No’ and put the phone down... hard!



...Considering I called up to order, you’ve just lost a capacious amount of business.



This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience involving yourselves.



So, guess what? No business from us and I will also be steering plenty of other people clear!

Horrible pizza rang because it says on the box if don't like it will replace it no one liked it, was told that's how it's spose to taste and won't do nothing need to change what says on box!!! Disappointed neva had a problem was spoken to like poo

After taking over half hour to place a order online due to having to sign in, then reset password. Finally logged in but had lost my order then i couldnt type into boxes meaning i had to copy & paste my details. Eventually placed my order at 9.30 waited a hour, nothing. I checked my emails to find one saying there a problem please call the store so i did to be told they had run out of cheese! He then went on to say that they had been busy and all there drivers were still out delivering which i find abit strange considering they apparently ran out of cheese over a hour and a half ago. If they genuinely did run out a courtesy call would of been nice so i could of ordered else where. Terrible service from start to finish
