What an amazing place to stop for coffee and spoil yourself with one of the many delicious tasty things they have on offer . Visited quite a few time now and it's always a pleasure . A lovely lady named Sally has always been there when we've visited and shes so pleasent along with the lovely young ladies who work there too. It's now one of our favourite stops , walk the dog in the park , then a coffee and tea and a treat. Highly recommended. Very lucky having this not far from home .

Visited the park and had an awesome bacon roll! Would definitely recommend parc pantry, I received great service�

Treated my mum to a wonderful afternoon tea here today. It was without a doubt the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had. Gorgeous toasted sandwiches, a delicious wedge of cake, along with scones, mini brownies, macaroons and unlimited tea and coffee. Sally was so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back!

Just finished having afternoon tea which was absolutely lovely � and considering it was really busy and hot the service was brilliant with very friendly and attentive staff! Thanks for a great time ��

I went yesterday for Afternnoon tea with my 2 daughters & Grandson. Very busy cafe but the service was good staff polite and helpful. Excellent quality of food & so much we couldn't finish it (thankyou for the takeaway boxes) I'm sure we will be back

I visited today with my 3year old son. I ordered the soup as it looked amazing. When it came my very non patient autistic son wanted to leave and was pushing me out of my chair and making his usual scene. One of the staff a lovely lady called Sally came over to Harrison and said if he was a good boy for me to eat my soup she would get him another ice cream. I explained he was autistic and wouldnt eat the icecream because it wasnt blue � she then had alook for a blue lolly and instead gave him a gingerbread man! She then let him watch her preparing food and ask her what she was doing etc xx thankyou so much ..if only there were more people like sally in the world �

I visited the tea rooms for lunch yesterday whilst on a study day at the Royal Gwent. The setting overlooking the park was beautiful and on arrival was greeted by really friendly staff who offered us the menu. Sally recommend the chicken and chorizo salad which is not something I would normally order. I cannot tell you how good it was!! The service was amazing, attention to detail fantastic and will definitely be going back for more!!!! Highly recommended!!! I have been already telling all my friends to go!!!! Well done Sally and the team!!!

I visited The Tearooms this afternoon for the second time this week (I’m a sucker for the halloumi and falafel wrap). I’d like to say Thank you to the blonde female member of staff who had a glass of iced water brought to my table as I was breastfeeding! Nice to see local businesses supporting us BF mums!

I had a birthday treat of afternoon tea from my daughter, & have to say it was stunning & excellent value for money. Beautiful baguettes & to die for cakes & scones with unlimited tea & coffee. Sally & the girls are all lovely & very welcoming. Will definitely be back Sally, thank you so much x

Attended a baby shower here a couple of week ago and I have to say the food was beautiful! We had fantastic service and staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely be returning soon!

After visiting the tea rooms a number of times and also having my baby shower at the park pavilion it was our first choice as a wedding venue. We got married here last Friday and it was outstanding. Matt and the team were so helpful from start to finish and couldn't do enough to help us both in preparation and on the wedding day itself. I wanted vintage and this is exactly what I got. We also got some beautiful pictures in the park which is so pretty. I definitely recommend this place if you want an intimate, romantic wedding in a beautiful setting. 5* thank you xx

Visited today for my first time as my 9 year old wanted to try a unicorn sundae and our local in Malpas doesn’t serve them � I have to say I won’t be returning because firstly I was refused a coffee in a china cup, then I was told one of the items I ordered wasn’t available after I’d already paid, and I received half my order and told the other half hadn’t been ordered even tho the money was pending from my account!! During the visit I was spoken to extremely poorly by 3 out of 4 members of staff! Who continued to speak to me like dirt after i stayed calm and asked them to stop!!!!

Had really poor service here today.



We came as a table of six and ordered brunch, the girl at the till seemed incredibly confused by everything we tried to order and even after repeating several times, things still arrived wrong.



We ordered a vegan breakfast burrito and a veggie one. She put through two veggies and I even corrected and said 'oh, one of those is vegan!' and she simply said that it goes through the till as veggie. I figured she knew what she was doing, but sure enough she had put through 2 with cheese.



I found this pretty irritating considering I had checked and it was still put through the till incorrectly.



The waitress who came over to confirm was really nice and she said she'd sort it, although I had to wait while everyone had already had their food. Thankfully she did check!



We ordered 3 teas and a waitress came over with only 2. We asked if a third was on its way and she said 'there's only 2 on the check' in a fairly rude manner and walked off. We had to go up to sort this again, though it turned out there were 3 on the check after all, despite the tone.



When the food actually arrived it was just ok. The avocado had way too much lemon that it was overpowering.



My boyfriend then ordered a flat white after food, and the girl on till again was confused by this. He pointed to the board behind her where it stated they were served, and she asked if he wanted 4 espresso shots in it? He said no, just a normal flat white. This still didn't seem to work and either a manager or waitress came over and solved the problem in the end.



We sometimes pop in for takeaway cakes while walking through the park, but the food and service was terrible today. Will not be back anytime soon!
