we both very much enjoyed our meals and the staff were very attentive. We were just visitors in the area or else we would be returning very soon.

We had a fabulous family meal . The food was amazing and the waiter service was wonderful chatting to our children and just very cheery. The restaurant setting was gleaming with beautiful decor.

We dined here last night, there were 11 of us ranging in age from 2 to 82. The food was lovely and the service was fantastic.

Never fails to impress me they seem to have everything a restaurant needs to provide a 1st class dining experience, great food, great menu, great customer retention, great service, fresh interior design, reasonably priced, as always looking forward to visiting again �����

Me and the wife go here regularly and the staff are spot on and always polite, massive portions and excellent food

Love this restaurant ! The food is always amazing and the service is second to none! We dined yesterday with our 9 month old daughter and all the staff made such a fuss of her 👍🏻 It can be hard dining with young children but when you visit somewhere like this , and they make you feel so welcome - it really does make all the difference ! Will be visiting again soon !

We arrived on a very busy Saturday night. Seated quickly, drinks orders were taken but forgotten so had to wait a while for those to arrive but we ordered our meals and they did not disappoint! Best steak I have had in a very long time and the "best pizza ever" according to my daughter. We live 100's of miles away but if we were closer we would definitely come back!

Some staff i couldnt fault, others werent so great. - staff speaking openly about their opinions when another table decided to complain seemed like the staff member couldnt take criticism..

Got lead to a table with dirty cutlery, toilets were not cleaned to a adequate standard- and service had only just begun!

I shall be sticking to the newcastle-under-lyme branch �

First I had the wrong starter then when our main came the Chicken pomodoro which I have had often was most disappointing, the so called chicken breast (more like chicken strips) was so dry and burnt underneath. No one came to ask if the meal was ok. When the front of house guy came to collect the plates, I told him. He walked off, said nothing to us, I heard him say "oy chef chicken was dry" and that was it. The service was awful no friendly staff like there used to be. We won't be going again.
