Would like to say a huge thank you to Emily Soden for booking and organising the most perfect wedding in Greece � for us! The time and effort she put in to find out and answer all our questions was like she was booking her own wedding. It didn't matter how big or little, she was so helpful throughout. Then she excelled herself even further by finding and booking the honeymoon of our dreams to Bali! None of those would have been remotely possible with Emily! You are fab! ����

Would highly recommend Peake travel. All staff are helpful, friendly and accomadating. I have altered my dates for my second holiday with them a few times (my choice) and they have been more than helpful to guarantee I have a stress free transition. 100% will use them again.

We were lucky enough to win some vouchers for Peakes in a competition. We decided to put them towards a holiday of a lifetime to Lapland wi our three year old five year old and it was certainly that! We dealt with Sally who advised us on the various tour operators at different prices and the reviews from other clients. Sally then put us on a list and called us as soon as the dates were released including free child places. We booked the Davvi Arctic Lodge with Transun and it was simply fantastic. I have since referred a number of people to Sally and they have booked for this year. I am very jealous!

I believe the fabulous customer service from Peakes was demonstrated when for the first time in 30+ years the director of Transun canceled out trip planned for November due to the lack of snow in Finland. You can imagine the shock when I took that call from Sally but she was professional, obviously apologetic and already had alternative options for us which made it a much less stressful situation. We were offered the same trip a month later for no extra cost and we had an amazing time! We were knee deep in snow and everything was perfect. The excursions, the food, the travel reps, the whole organisation - truly faultless. I have spoken to others who have been to Lapland and perhaps did not experience the 5 star trip we did but then they say they paid half of what we did. It is certainly a trip which proves you get what you pay for and it is not a trip you should do on a budget. We would not use any other tour operator than Transun. We were so pleased with the service from Peakes that we put the task of booking a UK Easter break in their hands and they sorted it and gave me an option I was happy with and hadn't found myself within a couple of hours.

I will no longer waste my time searching for my own holidays. Sally understands what we wanted as a family and found us the trip of a lifetime we wanted. Many thanks to Sally at Peakes.

We have just had a wonderful trip to Canada,we cannot praise Peakes highly enough. Everything went very smoothly,over seventeen days we caught eight different planes and all flights and transport to and from airports were spot on.

Sue kept us fully informed and was a great help in arranging our different trips and although we don’t live near Shrewsbury we would certainly use Peakes again.

Full marks 5stars we were scheduled to fly Monarch out of Birmingham 16 October

They have managed to reschedule to another airline with better flight time at no extra charges.

We were kept fully informed of alternatives offered Ryan Air but a definite no no.
