GDRP (General Data Protection Regulation) is becoming effective from 25.05.18. This means that small businesses like ourselves have to comply to the European laws about storage of personal data. With this in mind we'd like to clarify that we never hand your data onto a third party. As our business relies on, you as guests, providing your telephone number, e-mail address and on occasion your home address we do hold that information in a diary and electronically on our business... computer. The diary and computer are kept, in a lockable office. We are able to accept payment via cash, cheque, PayPal or BACS bank transfer we do not retain any guests banking information. We use social media and our Facebook page Pendragon House B&B is a tool we use to communicate with you. Private messages are just that...private, we will never make public your messages but if you post please be aware others on the page could look up your profile, that said we only allow known people to like and interact on our page, there have been times we have deleted and blocked suspect profiles. With this said please get in contact with us if you'd like us to destroy/remove your information containing your telephone number, e-mail adrress and home address and we will shred it. If we do not hear from you, we will work on the basis that the communication preferences you have given us are correct and able to be kept in our secure office. Great news for all our lovely guests who use the Seven Bridge.

Stayed a Saturday with family. Had 2 rooms. Kathryn the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Given parking permit for Olde Bull pub 2 minute walk away. Also given info booklet about Caerleon. Rooms were clean and tidy and had tv, tea and coffee making and decent wifi. Ensuite shower rooms. The towels were clean but not very soft. The breakfast on Sunday morning was freshly cooked and really tasty. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again in future.

Pendragon house is homely and welcoming. My strict coeliac diet was catered for. The rooms are comfortable and the beds comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

I had only one night in Caerleon and am so glad I stayed at Pendragon. So very close to the

Roman ruins I'd come to see (just minutes on foot), and the warmest welcome from Peter to their lovely B&B. Extremely comfortable and a lovely home-cooked breakfast set me up well for my day.
