Penelope'S Dance Studio Description
"At Penelope's every child will be correctly guided along their path of learning in either performance or teachers of the future. "
Penelope's Dance Studio has been successfully training children to dance in Birmingham for over 31 years. A varied programme of Examination classes are available in over seven main subjects catering for boys and girls from 2 years.
Professionally qualified staff coupled with the sincere and careful teaching allows each child to develop dance technique, style, confidence and coordination at his /her own pace.
The schools happy atmosphere is a direct result of the hard working unity from pupils and staff.
The complex comprises of a purpose built dance studio 20ft by 40ft with sprung floors mirror and floor barres, changing and refreshment facilities, dance wear shop and costume hire shop.
Principal Qualifications: FIDTA Ballet, LIDTA Modern Jazz, AIDTA Theatre-Craft, AIDTA Tap, RAD MRT, Arts Awards Advisor, Bronze Level. Educational Professionals Award - Community Associate AQA NSAP. Licence to teach Melody Movement. Certified to accept Work Experience pupils. Trinity Guildhall Arts Council England.

The School is now on Easter Recess for students and teachers to spend a well deserved break recharging batteries for the new term! All classes will recommence as usual from Monday 29th April.

It was Olivia's birthday on Sunday, and what better way to celebrate than going to the Royal Academy of Dance Aladdin workshop at Elmhurst Ballet School with her best friend Kacey! Both of the girls had a fabulous time, thank you!

Went to my second Silver Swans class this week and it was brilliant. The teaching was energising and inspirational and I can't wait for the next class.
Well done to all last night what talent you all have
The show was brilliant last night worth every penny to see my daughter take part every dancer done well was so intense with the story brilliant x
Such a lovely dance school to be a part of, inspirational teachers and a dance family full of love and support💃🏽✨

I’m just about to send Penny a message to say thank you. Not only did I receive the training to be able to teach performing arts and run my own successful children’s entertainment business whilst attending this dance school - I also have happy memories to last a life time and I will always be so grateful! A million thanks to everyone who taught and attended Penelope’s whilst I was there and I hope your new pupils enjoy their time just as much and have even more success in the future ��
