The Shropshire Hills Shuttle bus is a great way to walk sections of the Shropshire Hills and get back to your car!

The curlew's have arrived at Penrose, let us know if you hear them while you're here.
Hardstanding bays on the campsite aren't living up to expectations today! Hope you're keeping warm, safe and dry surrounded by bricks and mortar!
Happy new year - look forward to welcoming you to our campsite this year.
Much Wenlock Christmas fayre - a lovely festive event, with lots of stalls, lots to see and evening carol singing in the square. Saturday 2nd December, and only a few miles down the road from our site.
Win a Christmas meal at our local and stay with us!
Well done to our local @Royal Oak (Cardington)
This coming weekend, 8-10 September, Ludlow Food Festival about 20 mins from Penrose, and we have some hardstanding pitches still available. Why not come and visit?
Beautiful pix taken just a few minutes drive away from Penrose - there's nowhere better than Shropshire (when the sun shines!)
Our neighbours have just cut their field to make silage - it's a lovely smell and so nice to see the red kites and buzzards hunting for breakfast.
The bank holiday weekend's approaching and we've got one pitch still available if anyone would like a nice quiet break please get in touch. We can't promise great weather, but we can offer a good view to watch as it changes!
Ironbridge is featured in the Camping & Caravan Club magazine this month .... we're about 20 mins from the world heritage site if anyone fancies a 'Hideaway' pitch.
The local's now open on Sunday afternoons too :)
Great destination for our first ever trip out with the caravan! Very friendly hosts, immaculate site and great views. Oh and there were baby goats !
