Phoenix is a social enterprise charity dedicated to providing supported work experience and training to young people and adults with special educational needs and or behavioural issues.
Trainees work alongside our dedicated staff and volunteers gaining valuable work and life skills in our four departments:
-In our concrete factory trainees learn to produce handmade paving slabs and garden ornaments.
-In our carpentry workshops trainees learn to make garden furniture and wildlife accessories.
-In our garden trainees learn to grow and care for vegetables and flowers.
-In our kitchen canteen trainee learn to budget, prepare, and cook meals for our workforce.
