About Physique Fitness
Physique Fitness was established in 2000 and has slowly and steadily grown into Worcestershires top training facility in Droitwich, Worcester & Bromsgrove
Physique Fitness Description
Physique Fitness is a 20, 000 sq ft facility dedicated to those who want to train hard without distraction or pretence.
Physique Fitness was established in 2000 and has slowly and steadily grown into Worcestershire’s top training facility in Droitwich, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and many more Worcestershire locations. This does not happen by accident but by design. Physique has been blessed with a terrific following of members who come from a variety of backgrounds and who have a variety of training needs. One thing we all have in common though is our desire to improve and we believe it is this that gives Physique something unique – atmosphere. Need a spot, need some advice, need a little encouragement, you don’t even need to talk to the staff for this, our members help each other, motivate each other and look after one another. We have triathletes, bodybuilders, runners, cyclists, martial artists, models, powerlifters, strongmen, golfers, footballers, rugby players and people that just want to keep fit. All are welcome, though a sense of humour may be required. We value training hard, eating well, and most importantly, enjoying life!
Our staff members are all fully qualified gym instructors in their own right who live what they preach, the best bit is in the diversity. We have a Bodybuilder, Long Distance Runner, British Champion Powerlifter, Supplement Specialist and a Professional Rugby player on the team. If you need some help, advice is free! We don’t charge for programmes, we don’t charge for inductions and we don’t charge for advice, we believe this is part of your membership.
Physique Fitness is an independently-owned business which allows us to make the rules and have the flexibility to do as we think best. Droitwich is a relatively small town but Physique is a community all of it’s own, no matter why you joined us we are proud to say you are one of us.

Well done to everyone who came to the Burlesque dance class last week it was a fantastic fun evening. Class starts at 7 pm this Saturday so why not come and join the girls for a glass of Prosecco or Rose and kick start your evening ! Dressing up is optional.

An amazing turnout (29) last night from Droitwich Rugby Club, loads of conditioning work with some strength training thrown in.
without a doubt the best gym in the area!! Perfect for all types of training!! Caters for the serious trainer and for those who recreational. Great place!!!
The only proper gym you will find in the area...masses of room, friendly staff and an atmosphere second to none. Would recommend to anyone.
The best gym I've ever been to by far, everyone is extremely welcoming, especially the staff. A real family atmosphere. If I could give more stars I would!! �
Studio 2 is fantastic really keeps you motivated and Julie is brill keeps you working when you are about to stop and has a great laugh (music is decent too) love going to the gym in the morning you can get on the equipment no probs and pump your guns
Really friendly and welcoming gym compared to all the others I've been to in the past! Ladies only room if you don't want to mix with the boys. lots of classes I can't wait t try.
Physique fitness is a very good gym easily in comparison to others I only had to leave for geographical and financial matters
Insane gym, great staff, been training here for years now, 100% recommend, Matt and the team are brilliant and wouldn't want to train anywhere else
I went for the first time on Monday, I went to one of the classes there independent from the gym. The gym staff were all really friendly and helpful, great atmosphere.
Have trained at Physique a few times whilst staying with my bf who is a member...vast range of equipment, plenty of space, staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Doesn't have that synthetic commercial feel which is a huge relief...would defo recommend.
Great staff, all very welcoming and give great advice when asked. High standard of equipment and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym!
Friendly staff, you don’t feel awkward when training in the main gym. Lovely place to workout.
Fantastic gym been coming here for a few weeks. People are great the kit is amazing everything you need and more
Fabulous friendly independently run gym... This place has literally changed my life in the last 12 months.. Lovely atmosphere and always good banter not to mention the excellent classes available whether you want kick boxing to Thai to Zumba to Hour of Power. If you are looking for a personal trainers Physique is the place to go.

Brillant gym & amazing classes I am yet to try bootcamp but have heard all fab reviews on it. Staff are all friendly and helpful and gym has everything you need all under one roof.
Awesome gym, staff and atmosphere! Been a member for a long time and don't plan on changing that! It's great to have it so close to home and being open for so many hour's a week.
Awesome Gym. Matt, Sarah and everyone who works at Physique Fitness made me welcome from day one. Has increased my confidence in myself and highly recommend the Gym and their facilities.
Absolutly quality gym..both matt..clive and the rest of excellent staff their facilities employ know there shiz...change your life tommorrow!!!!...or the day after...in fact anytime this week and theyll prob gove you a free coffe.
