Terms & Conditions
1) 50% Deposit is taken at the time of confirming quotation via PayPal, Cash or bank transfer then remaining balance can be paid before collection or on day of collection. If no deposit is paid, then the cake and date wont be confirmed.
... 2) Please order your cake/s well in advance to save disappointment. 1-2 weeks notice is recommended.
3) Any cakes requested 1 week or less will be subject to full payment upfront.
4) Delivery is 60p per mile.
5) When requesting a quote please remember that if you send me a photo of a cake/s you like that those are not my own work, therefore they will not be exactly the same. I will ensure that your cake/s are made to my own high standard
6) Any allergies or special dietary requests MUST be stated when obtaining a quote. If you don't state them, your cake/s will be made the usual way and I cannot accept liability.
7) Wedding Cakes must be ordered at least 6 months in advance and around a 50% deposit to confirm the date.
8 ) In the event you are not happy with your order please message us first to try and resolve the matter. Refunds will only be applicable if the order is returned in its entirety within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Refunds will NOT include the non refundable deposit. Therefore each order is only subject to a 50% refund.
9) Any rude, racist or volatile behaviour will result in you being reported and blocked.
