Pizza Express

We had a party here for my daughter today and it was by far the best party we’ve had so far!... staff were great with all the kids, they loved making their own pizzas and then getting to eat them, not to mention the dough balls for starter and dessert! 10/10 really impressed

We had a meal 7/1/18 for 5 for my sons 18th...Have to say wat a lovely relaxed night we had ...Staff were happy, polite, attentive, & super efficient..food was hot & one of the best pizzas ive had in a long time..WELL DONE & THANK U guys for making it a perfect end to our day!

We come to Pizza Express at least once in the school holidays. We love it. It's a central part of our visit to Merry Hill. There's something for everyone and that includes my need for dairy free and gluten free. We are always made to feel welcome however busy they are. Thanks for a great time yesterday!

We came here on Tuesday 5th September to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

Fantastic food and service, thanks to all the staff who made het evening so special. Especially the manager who was very attentive ��

It was my sons 4th birthday and without prompting the waitress bought out his ice-cream with a candle in singing happy birthday. Lovely touch and a very happy little boy. Lovely food as usual. Thank you.

I just wanted to say how great my experience at Pizza Express was tonight! We were so well looked after, we weren’t kept waiting for anything, drinks arrived promptly, the chef even bought our meals over as he could see our server was busy at another table, and over all, everything was fantastic.



I ordered the vegan pizza, which was amazing! And I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends!

I come here 1 or 2 times a month with friends or family, tonight was my nieces Maisys 10th birthday party. A great time had by all, the food, service and experience was all fantastic. The girls are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Thank you so much love the Edwards family xxx

Had our works Christmas meal here and had a lovely waitress called Hannah serve us couldn’t fault her at all and nothing was to much for her very please and defo will be back again

Had a lovely meal and the waitress who served us was so polite and friendly. She literally could not do enough for us . Didn't take her name unfortunately . She Is a credit to your restaurant.

slow service but pleasant food slow to come out need more staff. We got shouted to as we left think the waitress thought we were doing a runner not great very embarrassing

Toffee pudding was still frozen in the middle. Chef poured vinegar dressing all over salad and pizza without asking if I wanted it. I didn’t.

Fab food but rubbish service ... not the fault of the staff as they were all running round like they were on piece work in a factory !!! Sort it out pizza express before you lose your staff and customers !!!!

Our waitress was really lovely but the guy lingering (appeared to be management) has no people skills whatsoever. He was very rude. Food was ok but service very slow.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of food we received yesterday (Sunday). The staff seam dis- interested in the job in hand. The company send out vouches for Birthday celebrations for you to use but you can not use if you have another code. Coffee was cold. Merry Hill you need to get your act together.
