Pizza Express

Yummy Pizza as always! Big shout out to Shaun who interacted with us and chatted about our Charity Mission to South Africa that we had recently been on. Lovely food, great staff!!! Thank you.

Wonderful staff and Helpfully. Food was brilliant

Visited with wife and family and our 2 1/2 year old Grandson. The food was great as usual. Douhballs to die for. The Pizza is great. The service was excellent even down to one of the Italian waiters teaching our Grandson Italian and taking time care and patience with him. Visited here before and it’s always good. A lovely visit thank you !!

Staff where friendly and helpful. We was up stairs to watch Janet Devlin so was very busy. But we had to wait but because there was a lot of people I did not think it was a long wait. Once ordered our pizzas came quite quickly as it was busy. Over all we enjoyed the food the service and a great place to watch live music so close up as if it was one to one. 5* from me and £5 tip.

Lovely food, brilliant service, 13 of us including children and all the food came out together no one had to wait that's good service for you .

Had a great evening last night (19•01•18) at Pizza Express live watching the fabulous Jake Henry and his band. Food was good and staff very helpful. Unfortunately our evening could of been even better if the venue had been warmer! We asked for the air con to be turned off and were told it wasn't on but we could have a complimentary coffee to warm us up. Apparently other customers had also complained. Sat with our coats on!

'Pizza Express Live' last night with Eva Noblezada was fantastic. Great food. Great service. Lovely staff. Great show.

The waitress Ellen was really friendly. The food was great. It was nice and clean, we ate outside. Good experience.

Visited there yesterday with few friends for my friends birthday meal.... what a disgrace!



We got there just after 4pm, waited 40minutes for the drink.... then we had to wait another 30minutes for someone to come over so we can order staters.... Order starters and they come with hair...... � mains.. not much better; pizza was not the best. Pasta came COLD! �



Overall, not very happy with the experience we had... there was deffinitely not enough staff present.. so I wont be going there again, hopefully not all pizza express are not as shit as this one!

In fairness I didn’t check the menu before I went, found they didn’t serve Calzone, ok not quite ‘pizza’ but still they serve other Italian dishes. Then found that I could not get a side of chips/fries, well not the potatoes variety anyway. The garlic bread starter was bland, the Divalo Pizza was good. I thought £110 was quite expensive for 2 adults/2children, especially when I only rate it 2/5?

Food was good, but service was poor, slow and limited staff to be found to assist. when we ordered we stated about using offers which we where told it was ok to do but when paying they refused to split the bill and allow an offer to be used on each. Only one offer per table and not per bill.

Food is not what it was at pizza express.

Tomato And mozzarella is now supplied with cherry tomatoes instead of those big beef tomatoes.

The main course lasagne was obviously microwaved ( parts were stone cold.

Overall very poor food but service was good

Went to the Brindley Place , Birmingham Restaurant last night 19/06/18.at approximately 1830, with my wife. It was very busy.

To keep it short asked one waiter about the special which was £10.50 for a starter and main. I have a Brindley Place Loyalty card which gives discount at participating restaurants. As this Restaurant does I asked if this could be used against the special to be told yes.

When the bill came however i was told that the card could NOT be used.

I asked to speak with the Manager who confirmed this was the case and I should point out the waiter who told me I could as all his staff were aware.

Had I been able to identify him I would have done but it was a fleeting moment talking with quite a few waiters who were working that evening.

As were running late I paid and left but left me feeling as he thought me to be a liar and somewhat deceived. When I had asked for the head office number I was told its on the website, I wasn't offered it.

I contacted head office and except for thanks for letting us know, everything said was the same as that of the manager.

I think customer service is not of paramount importance.

I will not be going there again.

This used to be an excellent restaurant, but the food and the service me and my partner received recently was abysmal, I will not be returning..
