We deal with a wide range of customers here at PJME, this Lambretta cylinder was brought into our shop to have a new liner made and fitted. Nothing unusual I hear you say? Well the nice gentleman had come all the way from New York City USA! New improved starter relay for the Aprilia RS125. We have sourced a alternative relay that is sealed rather than being open like the original one. The genuine one on the right has been on the bike though 1 winter and has failed due to moisture getting in. The good news is the new sealed one is the same price as the original Aprilia part. #apriliars125

Just rebuilt this KTM300 crankshaft for a customer with a 1 day turnaround time. Customer supplied he own conrod kit and main bearing inner track. #ktm300 #crankrebuild all done in house

2 Aprilia RS125 mitaka cylinders in the honing machine this morning, both have chosen to swap to vertex pistons so need to be honed to suit.
Being motorcycle engineers I believe we are unique in offering Mitaka cylinders with the option of different pistons brand pistons and actually matching them up! Unlike other who try to ram a 53.99 into the bore and tell the customer it will be ok ! Choose your parts supplier carefully. #apriliars125 @ PJME

Very good service. I bought a cylinder kit for my aprilia 125rs. After just 1.5 months it broke due to incorrect manufacture of the piston. I just took a few pictures, sent a couple of emails and made some phone calls. Then they sent me a new kit immediately. Thank you for your great service!
